The interior of our 2010 Hyundai Accent had lots of dirt and salt stains and upholstery stains that we thought would never come out, but these guys were up to the task! My family and I are monthly members at this car wash, which is why this experience was…read moredisappointing. My son went through the wash and while his car was already on the conveyor in neutral, an attendant came to his window and spoke to him very rudely, telling him to get off his phone and that he almost hit the car in front of him. The issue is that in an automatic conveyor wash the system moves the car forward, not the driver. He was already in neutral and not touching the pedals. Instead of explaining the situation calmly, he was immediately blamed and spoken to in a harsh tone in front of other customers. He left feeling embarrassed and upset. I understand that attendants have to manage safety, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers--especially paying members. A calm explanation would have gone a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how staff communicate with customers.
