The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She came very quickly & diagnosed the problem as a clogged faucet & shower head from sludge that was forced there after my main pipe coming into the house froze. Our plumber not only did a great job in removing the disposal unit but also fixed the ridiculous amount of clamps and piping leading to the dishwasher.
