THEN, when you go to leave, you noticed that they destroyed several of the weather stripping/window seals on your brand new car. After discussing the problem with them, you get a quote to fix the seals from your dealership as well as one other place and they have caused $590 worth of damage. When you bring the quote back to them, they tell you a story about how they didn't make a $500 mistake, and that since they just purchased a $3,000 engagement ring, they are short on money and they refuse to fix the issue or reimburse you for the parts or damage. Then, after arguing about the issue, they say they will let you know something within the next day. After one day, they won't answer the phone, and when you show up at their business they declare that their insurance company has refused to pay for the damages. When you find out his insurance information, and go up to the insurance office (right up the road), they say they're not even sure the person is a customer of theirs, nor did they contact them regarding a claim. After visiting the business again to explain what the insurance company says, the owner becomes violent, threatening and says they're going into the office "to get something to take care of you". First, I'm going to say they did an amazing job with my car and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. We had a full detail which included waxing, shampooing carpets and seats and engine clean along with a bunch of other things and we were charged $180 for a small car. We dropped the car off at 12 and were told it would take until the next day because it had to have time to dry and the guy would call us when it was ready. No one called so we called at 1 the next day and the guy said it would be ready at 2. We had somewhere else to go so we drove by the place and my car pulls 3 cars out in front of us. We followed my car and the guy we dropped it off to pulls in the gas station and gets out and goes inside. So now I'm upset because this guy is driving my car around town. Also last night when my husband drove by at 1:30 in the morning my car was not in the parking lot and not in the bay. We get there to pick up the car and ask the guy where they keep the cars at night. He said in the bay. I asked if they drove the cars at all, he said no. I asked if he drove it to the gas station, he said no. I told him we saw him driving my car and he changed his story to he had to drive it to dry it off. But you've had it for over 24 hrs so idk why it would still be wet. Never found out where my car was last night. Went to pay and was told no cards only cash or check. Wasn't told that yesterday when we dropped it off and there are no signs saying they only accept cash. Owner was called and spoke with my husband and kept getting smart with him, not professional at all. Small issue turned into a bigger one and the cops ended up coming out. This place is not professional at all and I would definitely think twice before bringing my car here. We will definitely never be back.
