They accommodated all the asks, blow outs, blow out with extensions, no wash blowout (thought my friend said she felt rushed), and multiple make up applications with lashes. All service providers were nice, listening to requests, everyone looked great. Blowout was $55 w/o tip. There are other national chains in the area but this is a Nashville franchise so wanted to support local. Check them out.

The location was easy to find and very clean and open with lots of natural light. Kelley what is super friendly and attentive to my requests for the cut. I don't think I'm too picky, and the only thing I really asked was to ensure I could still tie my hair up for workouts, so she was great about taking that and turning it into a great cut! She added some curls to my blowout to ensure that it would stay for a little extra time. I've never gotten a blowout before and was really happy with the results! I added a lot of volume to my otherwise straight and relatively flat hair.

My normal hairdresser only comes into town once a month, so I bop around to different salons around…read morewhen I need a blowout. My lessons learned: blowouts have gotten EXPENSIVE, with quality at blow dry bars really varying based on who you get. Salons will always beat out a blow dry bar when I want a relaxing experience and fresh, perfectly styled hair that lasts a few days, and Oxana salon has quickly become one of my favorites for a high quality-to-value blowout. I've been a handful of times with their level 1 stylists (used to be $45, now $54 for a blowout) and their assistants (still $36 -- truly a wild price for the quality!), and the assistant blowouts here are honestly some of my favorite blowouts I've gotten in town. My personal favorite has been Justine. Incredible pressure when she massages your scalp and washes your hair, and a clean, classic style that lasts for multiple days even in this Nashville summer heat. Bonus: she actually styled my bangs correctly, which is a rarity. Callie also did a fantastic job when I came in last-minute for a birthday dinner recently, and that blowout has held up for 4 days despite the insane heat wave we've been having. The salon uses high-quality Oribe products (a personal fave), has easy parking right next to the venue, and is easy to book online in advance. Sometimes - when luck is in my side - I can even snag a same-day appointment! I'm always reluctant to spill my secrets lest my favorite spots become unbookable, but Justine and Callie are genuinely the most talented at their level I've been to in Nashville and are deserving of the recognition!

As a brunette this can be very difficult to keep up with. Sam took the time to build trust and build expectations. I recently moved from Chicago and I had a very close relationship with my stylist there. I was incredibly hesitant to let anyone touch my hair. I had about 3-4 inches of gross dead ends. In addition to this I had a combination of a brassy grown out balayage with ALOT of grey. If you are looking to build a relationship with your stylist I highly recommend Sam.

At the end, she told me she cut 6 inches, but when I got home I measured and 11 inches were actually cut off. There are no layers, my hair was cut straight across my collarbone. My bangs are uneven. This is not what I asked for. I'm sad and disappointed. This cost for this cut with tip was 100 dollars. It doesn't look flattering... She was really nice though, seemed to put effort into styling it and the salon is clean/cute. I attached an image which shows the lack of layering making my hair look triangular and uneven bangs.

My skin feels so fresh and hydrated. And the best part? At the end she showed me everything it sucked out of my face. Wow. Just, wow. The facility is also very nice in general. I came two hours before my treatment and enjoyed laying out by the pool, soaking in the hot tub and sweating out some toxins in the sauna. The showers have this nice eucalyptus aroma therapy you can use. Loved it. The only criticism I have is they need better signage from the lobby. I walked around for a while before I found someone who could point me in the right direction. To save you the time: when you walk in, take the elevators on the left to the 4th floor. You're welcome!

Lauren was amazing, we chatted beforehand where I told her all my problem areas. The pressure during my session was just what my muscles needed! A fabulous perk to this spa is the use of all the amenities during your visit. Not only do you get to store your belongings in a locker, but you get a robe, sandals, access to the hotel pool, gym and sauna! Before and after your treatments you are free to relax in the "relaxation room" which was so peaceful. Upon completion of your treatments, you are also offered a glass of champagne!

My entire first experience with Belle was flawless. Oftentimes, haircuts can be tough to fit in…read moreyour schedule. However, booking my hair appointment with Graham through Belle was so easy and convenient. I was able to book an appointment for an evening after work (when most stylists aren't available during that time) and have Graham come to me. With how busy schedules can become, we are constantly looking for shortcuts and things that are much more convenient to us in our lives, which Belle certainly offers! I received a haircut with Graham who was truly professional, personable, and incredibly skilled. He was able to provide me with the perfect cut for my naturally incredibly curly hair that I typically straighten. Although he brought his own tools, he also was able to show me a new way to style my hair with my own Wand since we were at my place! I highly recommend the at home experience with Belle - especially with how busy our lives get! I'm looking forward to convenient spray tans and massages in my future!

I followed my stylist, Jen Deaderick from another salon in Green Hills to this salon at 12 South…read morewhen it opened. I have always been a fan of hers; she is honest and will tell you if she doesn't think a style will work for you, and will find one that you love. She is great with subtle shadings of color, layering low and highlights on a base color to give you a textured, realistic look. At least, that is what I like. I know if you wanted a purple stripe, she'd be able to conjure that up as well. She has taken me through several different lengths over the years, and I have always been happy with them, even though I have "difficult" hair (thick, crazy wavy). The only negative about Jen is that she is so popular that you have to make an appointment about 4-5 weeks out. Which, once you get one, isn't that bad. Just be sure to make your next appointment when you pay for the one you just had. The salon itself is very pleasant, with an open feel and a large floor to ceiling window taking up most of the front wall. (I think this was a garage in another lifetime.) It is a nice size, not tiny but intimate enough to feel like you aren't being processed. They offer water, coffee or tea, and also have Vosges chocolate available for purchase. Green Pea is located in the heart of 12 South, so after getting your hair done it can be fun to meet friends at any of the restaurants close by (think Burger Up, directly across the street, or Sloco or even Las Paletas) to show off your newly sophisticated looking self. I have never had a problem finding parking in their lot.

I honestly hate leaving negative reviews, but I left pretty disappointed with this experience…read more I went in asking for a very minimal cleanup and specifically said not to touch too much on the top because I've been growing my hair out for the last 6 months. Unfortunately, way more length got taken off than I wanted. It basically feels like I'm back in the awkward in-between growing stage again instead of just getting a fresh cleanup. I'll also be honest and say I should've probably spoken up more during the haircut, but I'm not really confrontational and at the time I was trying to trust the process. Once I got home, styled it myself, and looked at it properly, I realized one side was noticeably longer than the other too. They did offer to fix it afterward, which I appreciate, but the problem wasn't really something that could just be corrected because too much hair had already been cut off at that point. The other thing that honestly threw me off was the pricing situation. I was quoted $50-$70 on the phone, but ended up being charged $85 before tax and tip. Later I was told it was an accidental overcharge. Maybe it genuinely was, but combined with everything else, it just made the whole experience feel a bit off to me. I'm sure some people have had great experiences here, but unfortunately this one just wasn't for me.

They overlapped bleach on my original blonde which caused major breakage, overtoned which darkened my hair and made it gray, under lifted the root. Overpriced. $350 plus tip. And they tried selling me shamp & cond after messing up my hair. They ended up refunding my my money bc tears were rolling down my face and I asked for a discount. I still tipped Day on the $350. Then they told me I can come back in and they'll fix what they did to my hair for half price $150-$200. My hair is breaking off like crazy because of where they overlapped. I shouldn't have to pay them $200 to fix what they did. Not sure how they can fix that.
