They said that I could get the service the same day, I had my consultation in fact. I've been out of the state and I saw last pilot on Groupon giving a brow service which is I think called Nano brows it's a tattoo process, for a much lower price than their $700 starting price. For me that was perfect. It expires in May and I am coming through town in Santa Monica and I tried to reach them. I got the person who thanked me on my last review when I had my free consultation before. Her name was Tram. Today was a completely different story. I don't know what happened between the time I was there and now. Maybe this company sold to somebody else and they are not handling things well and certainly not treating people who have a Groupon the same as their high paying customers. First of all the phone tree is this automated thing you have to press one or two to get to either Santa Monica or Newport I pressed one and got the same person . Kept informing me that they didn't have any appointments with the person that does the brows. I told her I had a Groupon. She just kept putting me off and saying the person will be available because they're moving. It was pretty much BS. What it really was they put a group on out that they did not want to honor. I go to refund now through Groupon but this place at least the one in Santa Monica used to be really great I think it's really gone downhill if it even exists anymore. If they could have done my brows I would have given them a high rating because when I was in there the first time they treated me like gold I think that things have changed.

I had an excellent first session with Janeiro - she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! I prefer my lashes pretty natural looking and not too curly, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Full without looking fake! I like when my fiancé can barely tell I got anything done and just compliments me on how nice I look ;) I found OC lash loft by looking specifically for a studio that does individual lashes and not just volume (although they do offer volume sets if that's your thing!) and checking that they offer j curl - not too curly please! That's still the case here, my volume set Lashes pretty much lasted a week and a half, little Lashes would fall out first, but overall the lashes I got, didn't fall out in a super clumpy way this time, very even. It might be different for everyone. My lash stylist was so friendly, super sweet, talk to me through different sizes and showed me photos from her phone and even the lashes that we're done on her self. She was very kind and helpful. She also Drew out my lash line and showed me the different sizes that were put on each area, which is extremely helpful for someone like me who only gets lashes done every six months or so! I'm going back for a fill this afternoon, because they are so gorgeous and not heavy at all for my eye, I definitely will be coming back here for future events/vacations
