The new trust included what are called "pour-over wills" for me and my wife. Our old wills and our old trust documents are now in the trash can. They have a disciplined process. They (1) sent us a questionnaire to fill out, (2) reviewed and clarified our responses, (3) sent us the draft of the documents with a request for final corrections, and (4) provided a signing meeting with Tara at the end. Our advice for clients is to be as thorough and accurate as possible in the information you provide steps (1) and (2), else "additional fees may be incurred."
