It's spotlessly clean, private, and has a comfy rocking glider, a wall-mounted changing station with safety straps, a sink with soap and sanitizer, tissues, and even a TV. There's a "vacant/occupied" slider on the door so you get real privacy. Nursing and pumping moms, you will feel taken care of here. Clean, clean, clean. The whole facility is immaculate. You can tell they genuinely care about upkeep. Come on time! They close for an hour between play sessions and actually turn the lights off--which I love, because it gently encourages the "I want to stay forever" kids that it's truly closed. Smart and considerate. Something for every age. Older kids get a Ninja course and a play area, and the littles have their own HUGE dedicated section. I've never seen anything like it--the space is incredible. Snacks & drinks for the grown-ups too. There only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 to 11 and 1 to 3. For children ages 2 to 12 years old. When entering you have to check in at the kiosk or the front desk. The place that looks like a large treehouse with two different floors, three slides, and plenty of things to do within the treehouse. The top level with the two big slides are for kids 5 and up Because you have to climb a ladder to get to the second level. There is an area for the kids under two to play with all kinds of toys. Lots of things for kids to play on and play with such as a kitchen with all the fixing grocery carts that seem to be the most popular area. Also, there was a book rack that you could sit down and read a book and comfortable chairs and couches with large Ottomans. Blocks and small basket ball hoop. There is also a kitchen so parents you can get you a cuppa coffee or water or hot chocolate and watch your kids play. They also have snacks for the little ones, there is a refrigerator. When you buy a pass, it's good for all day and you are allowed to leave and come back. Being located in a mall with a food court makes this incredibly awesome. Pause, walk to food, come back, amazing! Also makes coming with multiple family members great cause some can go shop while the others play. For the play areas, there is a smaller toddler area that's awesome. Small slights and things to climb on and this real cool bubble looking structure to climb into. It's big enough to keep them busy for a bit but eventually they'll want to go explore the "big kids" area. Next is an area with chairs to sit and eat snacks, parents to chill while their little play and there is an interactive floor that has a projector on it. You can step on graphics and they blow up. Pretty cool, kind of like a science center. Next is a big ball pit room! It has some crazy slides, TONS of ball, maybe a little deep for toddlers. There is a volcano like tower that normally would blast balls out the top but it's not very powerful and was barely working for us. The slides are pretty steep but very fun! While it's cool there are tons of balls, it's really deep for some of the kids to get out of the stairs part cause it's so deep. After that there is a room with cannons that launch balls at an interactive screen. This would have been the coolest part but the cannons don't shoot hard enough and often get clogged if someone sticks a big ball in it. Last is a slide where you have to get on an inter tube with a hard bottom. The worker sprays soapy water on the bottom and you go down suuuuper fast then immediately STOP! This is because the floor at the bottom is rubber and it stops you way too quick. I watch many kids get whip last from this. I get it, cause there isn't much room if you didn't stop but man it can be rough if you aren't expecting it. Other than that there are corridors with cool parkour type obstacles and things to jump on. Very fun! There are also snacks and waters to buy, the bathroom are in another room with plenty of space and they are family bathrooms. Also a good space that's away from the rest in case a kid is over stimulated. Great place! Great value since it's all day long! Way better priced than similar players in Louisville.

There is plenty of indoor seating for parents to keep an eye on the littles. As an extra perk they have the riding animals and the kids love going through the mall on them. For a full day of indoor play the price is not bad at all. My only suggestion is that they had free wifi so I could work on my computer. I found Magic Land Cafe online and it looked like such a fun place for the little guys. So, I booked an "appointment" for one day. Then we had some illness take over and they were more than happy to adjust our time. Their customer service is excellent. We were warmly greeted and welcomed. They have so much stuff for the kids to do!! My little guys absolutely loved their time at Magic Land Cafe. Outside food and drinks aren't permitted, but they do have a coffee bar and other snacks and drinks. We ended up getting some juice and chips for the kids and a bottle of water for me. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't super expensive either. Socks are required for everyone in the play area - including parents. Many parents hang in the cafe area, too. It's a great place for parents to let their kids play while they might have some light work to do. There are also a couple of massage chairs ($10 for 30 minutes, $7.50 for 21 minutes) that could be nice to utilize. The kiddos played for 3 hours straight with about a 10 minute time out for snacks. Their pricing is comparable to many other kid play places in the area. My little guys want to go back again, which we will.
