They refused to provide any proof or transaction reference to confirm that the refund was actually processed -- something every legitimate merchant can easily do. I have all the email exchanges showing these attempts to deny and delay my refund, and I am ready to share them with consumer protection authorities. This experience caused me unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of time. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this seller to be very cautious and to keep full written records of all communications.
