The absolute confirmation of these misleading practices came when I called using a hidden number. They answered instantly, and the buyer became visibly nervous, using provable untruths and contradictory excuses to evade the facts. The beautiful slogans on their website about passion and service are just a facade. The moment they are confronted with factual evidence, they take the cowardly way out and stop communicating. The only booster pack was ok was the Surging sparks the Japanese version. It was the only originally sealed from factory because those booster packs it is impossible to reseal them once opened. Pokemon should have all the boosters this way sealed, all the languages versions, so scammers will stops doing this unpleased thing. The owner of the shop or whoever answered the comment i left in google reviews said they don't do that. Well I clearly see his employees are doing this, and he is not aware or himself is doing it. I don't now win anything by leaving this comment, i just had a huge loss. You might have a nice shop with lot of things but when it comes to TCG you are not taking care of your customers and it is really sad. I purchased a wallet and cologne. I got my wallet engraved which took about 35 minutes, but while it was being done, I was able to complete my VAT paperwork on the Fourth Floor. When I returned, my wallet was still being worked on, and decided to look over some small bags. I was able to get my items and the. Returned to the first floor to purchase the bag. My experience on both floors was excellent. It was so refreshing because on my prior trip to Europe I went to Louis Vuitton in London, and I was basically ignored and treated like I was bothering them-- I decided to leave due to this poor treatment. So literally the first thing I did once I dropped my bags off at my hotel was come straight here! Ever since the pandemic started, you can't just randomly browse the store anymore and need to have a client advisor assigned to you. So I had to wait for a bit in line before being able to get in. Additionally, the bag I had been tracking for basically a year wasn't in stock anymore by the time I showed up here, which was kind of a bummer. Guy at the front also told me they couldn't order the bag because I wasn't an EU resident. Anyways, my assigned client advisor, Lucas, told me that they had just acquired a rare Keepall 50B that had been designed by Virgil Abloh the day before. It was a little more expensive than I had been planning for, but hell with the Euro being so cheap, the VAT refund, and the rarity of this bag, I thought for about five minutes before deciding to buy it. Savings between the Euro conversion and VAT refund ended up being $1600, so I would've been dumb NOT to buy it. Overall, I appreciated how smooth my experience was here as it was quick with minimal fuss. The VAT refund floor was also super fast, although they did tell me I still had to go get a stamp at Global Blue at Schiphol. Either way, I would definitely come back here for my LV needs.

I didn't want to carry my purchases during my train travel. I had an appointment at a different Amsterdam location but when i got to the hotel I realized this was around the corner and the other one was significantly farther. I was unable to change the appointment (same day) so i went right at opening time. I was greeted with smiles. John was my salesperson. He took me to a table in back after I oohed and ahhed along the way. we talked about what i was looking for and he disappeared to the back. I walked around a little more. John returned with a cup of coffee and some bags for me to look at. I told him what i liked and did not like about each bag . The next round of bags were even better. So much that i almost bag a 2nd bag. I was really in the market for a practical everyday bag. he brought some adorable smaller ones that I know i would use and cherish but i decided to stick to my plan and get was i was here for. John was super friendly and helpful. the store was big and inviting. I enjoyed my shopping experience John provided me with the paperwork I would need for my VAT tax refund. once i got my refund the bag turned out to be a fabulous price!
