Only after several emails insisting on my legal rights did they finally agree, but they continued to delay and make excuses instead of issuing the refund. They refused to provide any proof or transaction reference to confirm that the refund was actually processed -- something every legitimate merchant can easily do. I have all the email exchanges showing these attempts to deny and delay my refund, and I am ready to share them with consumer protection authorities.
