Extremely stressful experience.
After placing an order, I requested a refund -- a simple, legal request under EU consumer law. Instead of processing it normally, the seller repeatedly tried to deny my right to a refund, claimed it was "illegal," then said they would keep 15% of the amount. Only after several emails insisting on my legal rights did they finally agree, but they continued to delay and make excuses instead of issuing the refund.
They refused to provide any proof or transaction reference to confirm that the refund was actually processed -- something every legitimate merchant can easily do.
I have all the email exchanges showing these attempts to deny and delay my refund, and I am ready to share them with consumer protection authorities.
This experience caused me unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of time. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this seller to be very cautious and to keep full written records of all communications. read more
