My order has not arrived, and the tracking information for my parcel (LA991376500NL) has not been updated since 5 October, when it was recorded at a sorting centre in Italy. I understand that international shipping delays can happen, and I would not automatically blame a seller for a courier issue. However, the way Kokopelli has handled the situation is the real problem. I have emailed them several times requesting assistance, but my emails have gone unanswered. I then contacted them through Instagram and was told that their office would respond the following day. That did not happen either. PostNL has made it clear that the sender needs to initiate an investigation, meaning Kokopelli is the party that needs to take action. Despite this, I am still chasing them for a basic response and a clear update about what is being done to locate my parcel. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for an order and then have to repeatedly chase the company just to get a response. Mistakes and delivery problems happen, but ignoring customers and failing to follow through on promised communication is simply unprofessional. At this point, I am disappointed not only by the delivery situation but, more importantly, by the lack of customer support and accountability. I expected much better from an established webshop. I would advise other customers to consider how this company handles problems before placing an order. Good customer service matters most when something goes wrong, and Kokopelli has fallen well short of my expectations.
