If you take the moment to read all these, the problem is more than apparent; this husband and wife duo have NO professionalism in how they treat clients, and especially employees. With how swiftly they hemorrhage both, it's remarkable they can sustain this farce. Avoid this place like a plague, unless you want to be yelled at, talked down to and cussed out over asking basic questions. Get ready to be double-teamed as the other approaches halfway through the first one's one-sided yelling match, unsure what the topic even is, but eager to insult. Get ready to receive harassing phone calls (Pro tip: only ever communicate with them in written records). And if you're a customer, (from what I saw in my brief time there) get ready to have your project outsourced and sub-contracted to the lowest bidder (especially as they are between graphic designers to do so in house). There are other print shops, even other FastSigns. FastSigns is even a good company for signs. But there is NO reason to resort to the kind of abuse you will receive at this location. Full disclosure; I'm a former employee currently chasing down stolen wages from these two. Wages willfully excluded from my final paycheck, with documentation to corroborate.
