I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact, just the opposite. I didn't even get a courtesy call from the Marketing and Sales manager until I refused to pay the release fee for our design files (that were originally created by our designers, keep in mind). Even after this and after expressing how terrible the experience had been, I had to reach out to them to get the time of day from the manager. I will never use this or any other AlphaGraphics again. The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.
