Jet Tees saved my weekend…read more I had an event this past weekend that I needed a T-shirt printed for. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself waiting until the last minute to deal with the printing. I called these guys on a Wednesday morning, met with them Wednesday afternoon, and had my small order filled within 24 hours. Not only were they fast, helpful and courteous, but they also did excellent quality work. The shirts looked great. Since it was a small order they did transfer prints but they also offer screen prints for orders over 12 items. To top it off, they are incredibly reasonably priced. Compared to corporate online outlets, these guys come in at close to half the price. At the prices quoted, I will definitely be back to get some shirts screen printed. They offer shirts as well as printing, or you can drop off your own apparel items and they will scale the cost of the job for printing only. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will be using them for all of my future shirt printing needs.

Their sales rep assured us that our leather furniture could be placed near windows and rugs could be moved freely without concern for fading if we chose this product-- a key reason we moved forward with the $6,000 installation. Unfortunately, the product has not performed as promised. Since installation, we've seen clear sun damage and fading in multiple parts of our home including our flooring and leather furniture. We contacted the company about our concerns. They visited, took photos, and acknowledged the issue -- but their only solution was to charge us even more to install a different film. Since then, they've stopped responding to calls, voicemails, and emails. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The product failed to perform as marketed, and the lack of customer care is remarkable.

VisionCraft has just become my go-to for personalized gifts and more. I was tasked with coming up…read morewith framed photos for senior athletes and wanted to make them special. I asked for a quote here and quickly received a phone call from Brett at VisionCraft. He was happy to hear my ideas and tell me what was possible and what was not. I appreciated his friendliness, sincerity and promptness. He was afraid I had made the quote request days earlier because he had not always received them from Yelp instantly but in this case it was within minutes of my request. And by the way, he was the only one of 5 requests to respond. If you don't get a response from him that only means it has not hit his email, give him a call. He is very responsive. Days passed and I got sidetracked with another deadline. In a panic I decided to go straight to a number of engravers because my project would have to be put on an express track to be done on time. VisionCraft was not my closest option distance wise but because of my phone conversation with Brett this business was my first stop. I am so glad I went! He exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire drive to this business was spent conjuring Plan B because I really didn't expect my first choice to be possible. Brett received me warmly and promptly gave me his full attention. We discussed my ideas and he was honest about what was possible and what was not, which I appreciated. I doubted that anyone could make my vision a reality in the timeframe that I needed and within my budget. He made it all happen with time to spare. The end result was a set of personalized acrylic frames exactly how I had envisioned them and that I could afford. He is truly a master at what he does, a perfectionist in his work and an honest business person that I will return to with my list of gifts that I would like personalized because I know he will produce the best I could hope for. Words used by recipients of the frames include amazing, gorgeous, beautiful, and stunning, among others. I felt so lucky to happen upon this business. There were a dozen closer options for me but now I will never go elsewhere. He has cemented my loyalty with his superior work, range of options, quick turnaround, affordability, excellent service and not least of all his honesty in communication. I am so grateful.

He tests for his black belt on the same day as his birthday (tomorrow) so this was perfect for both occasions. I wanted to make it even more special for him by personalizing it with his initials, which prompted another internet search for a business right for the job. After a quick google search, I came across Mount Airy Woodcraft. I called Brett, the owner, and spoke with him for a few minutes about what I wanted. After only sending two or three emails back and forth, Brett completely knew what I was envisioning for my gift. He emailed me a picture of what it would look like, as well as a estimate of the price (which I found more than reasonable). Brett does his engraving at his home residence, which was easy to find with the directions he sent me. When I arrived today, he got started almost immediately and was done in less than 20 minutes! I couldn't believe how fast and efficient he was with everything. I am one happy girl and cannot wait to see Dad's face when he opens his present. Moral of the story, if you need something engraved or personalized, LOOK NO FURTHER! Contact Brett at Mount Airy Woodcraft. Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced service is what you will get.
