Stephen and Gavin were very friendly and welcoming (unexpected). My problem was I had three boxes but Amazon only gave me labels. Stephen quickly came up with a solution since I did not get the help I needed from Amazon after 3 calls. He combined my items into 1 box and only charged me for the new box which saved me lugging the heavy boxes back home. Did I mention that they closed at 730?
