My stylist Anna knows exactly what I want every time with very little in the way of discussion. She can just read me I guess. I love that about her! Appointments are super easy to book, with little to no wait time upon arrival. Hours vary by stylist, so the best thing to do if you are a new client is just call and tell them when you would like the appointment for. Then they will schedule you with somone who has an opening for that day. I definitely recommend giving this salon a try, you won't regret it!

If you are one of those people, that don't schedule an appointment and walk in as a store is closing, what level of service do you expect to receive? Do the same in a restaurant. Better yet, do it at Walmart, they will literally kick you out. Walmart starts announcing over the intercom 30 minutes before closing that you need to get your s*** and get out! Plan your time better, and quit leaving nasty reviews because you didn't schedule an appointment.

The first time, the woman was a little rude and barely spoke to me, but did the job just fine - although it is just washing and drying - not rocket science. The second time I stopped in 30 mins to close and was told there were two people in front of me (both men, so they should've been quick) and the woman who was speaking to me told me that the woman working was the only one clocked in and by the time she got done it would be closing time. I asked if they really couldn't squeeze me in for a wash and was told no. I read in another review about how they are turning people away before close...I guess these people don't want to get paid!!! It's pure laziness and they've lost me as a customer.
