The two women running this place are completely ridiculous. They strung me along for 3 months…read moretelling me they would complete my labels and never did. Same with a small 8x11" sign I asked them to do. I would tell Lynette (I guess the owner?) what I needed done and she would say, "I'll get with Gracie and see if we can get it done for you today." And then crickets. I'd call back in a week or so and EVERY TIME she'd say, "Hi Michelle, where have you been??" [In a really obvious phony voice.] Wellll, clearly you said you would call me back, that's where I've been, you fool.] Her only strategy is to blame-shift. And then I'd ask what they accomplished in that time and she'd say they were still trying to figure something out in their program and that she would get right back with me and then crickets again. I told her how important this was for my business and that I have orders coming in and I need labels for my products. Do you think she cared? Correct, that'd be a no. Her art designer Gracie isn't any different. I tried to speak with her directly to find out what the issue was, since she said from the beginning the files of my labels were fine.. and she suddenly tells me she's not able to print what I sent her.. after months of waiting.. and when I try to communicate with her to try and find out what she issue is and troubleshoot (even though I should have stopped trying to do business with them much prior to this) she quickly got very snarky with me and blamed me too!!! Instead of trying to solve the problem she said the owner told her to say "we can't do business with you". Unreal! So that's how you treat a customer when you can't accomplish the task? These women are incompetent, rude, first-class idiots, plain and simple. Oh, and when I asked for a refund on the design fee, since nothing got done, and a dark sign they were supposed to have fixed, I was ignored, as expected. So they're thieves, to boot. I've since taken my business elsewhere and wish I had done so long ago. Please do yourself a favor and deal with one of the other neighboring print shops who will do better work, more timely, and with a friendly demeanor. Plus, they were charging TWICE as much as the other print shops for poor quality labels!! I got a sample of one and the ink rubbed off...now I don't have that problem and I'm SO glad I found the shop I'm going to now. Even their website blurb is a total farce, they don't care about quality AT ALL. Lynette even said to me, and I quote, "As long as the information is on there that's all that matters." Crazy. I fully expect some sort of nonsense defense as a response to my review, especially since I warned them I would be posting this. Whatever it is, I recommend don't pay it any mind because they are proven liars and thieves.

I recently made a very simple order and the entire experience was awful. The communication with the first person I spoke to was cordial and I thought we were on the same page. It turns out I called them from an old FB business page (there was no mention of a change of owner on the page) so the design I sent through the email listed under their phone number didn't get to them since they had just taken over the previous print shop and phone number but changed the way to submit orders. An unfortunate misunderstanding since I had a time sensitive order but that was just a fluke so I continued to work with them. Unfortunately that was the highlight of my experience. The older man, who I assume is the owner, was aggressively rude and bizarrely unprofessional. He kept interrupting me as I tried to point out how my order was not what we discussed and he shouted that I could take it or leave it but we were done and for me to get out. My small children were scared and I started crying yet he just mocked me and said to leave a review on FB. Next time I need a print I'll order online, or bring my own paper to the library, or even drive all the way to a FedEx print shop in LR. ANYTHING to Avoid this place.

Great prices and friendly service--BUT, I was disappointed in my last purchase here. I have gone…read morethrough Good Impressions twice now for two different business cards I designed for clients. The first turned out great and the company double checked the look of everything with me and the client, but the second set was very disappointing. The company did not communicate with me at all and sent me no proofs of the final look. They did not double check that the final card was what I wanted--nor did it look close enough to what I sent them for me to be satisfied with the outcome. The orange was red, the light blue was dark, and the design was off center. I sent an SVG file of the design that included some bleed, which is why I think the design was off center, but they should have communicated with me first about the placement since I don't see why they would assume I was ok with an off-center design. I went through VistaPrint before for this exact design and the colors were exactly what I wanted, so I don't believe Good Impressions did a satisfactory job replicating the color for print. The color of a logo is very important for cohesive branding and it is disappointing that the poor print job will reflect on me as the designer. I would have really liked some proofs sent to me of the final look so I could have corrected these issues before they printed 1000 business cards for my client. I will probably use them again to give them another chance, especially for the price and to support small local businesses, but would be sure to ask for proofs before printing next time.
