We purchased a new home and with freezing cold temperatures in the forecast discovered our propane tank was very low. Jennifer Henry answered the phone in the Hindsville, Arkansas office. She was friendly, professional and very kind when she explained they might not be able to deliver ahead of the expected snow and ice storm, but would get there as quickly as possible. She asked a series of questions about the location of the tank, whether we owned it, verified whether or not there will hills to navigate, there are not, and she told me the driver would give us an hour notice to meet them at the property. She also explained as a new customer, the driver would need to ensure there are no leaks and told us this is a free service for new customers though there would be a charge for it if we ever ran out of propane. After the service was completed, I called to ask for a copy of the receipt since I was out of town when the delivery took place, and she offered to email or mail it. I had used them for about nine years for routine dry cleaning. The last time I had a pair of very nice engraved cufflinks set disappear, and when I went back to ask about them, I politely inquired as to whether or not they might still have them, and could they look for them. I was treated rather rudely by one particular woman who raised her voice at me, and when I put it out that I was not angry. I just wanted to have them look for my cufflinks. They finally relented and did so. I did point out that she had been rude to me and while she apologized, I decided that I would no longer use their service. I also told them this. I was in business for over 30 years and if I had run my business like they ran their business, I would be out of business. I had no trouble with the quality of their work, their dry cleaning was good and I like their app. I just didn't think I was treated well the final time I went there. I no longer go there now.
