I booked a party bus a week prior to a Bachelorette Trip, there was some discrepancy with the time they were able to pick us up and the time I booked but that wasn't a big deal. The issue is the bus that arrived was NOT what is advertised. I paid the price for their nice bus. A short school bus showed up to pick us up. The windows were down and there was only a fan so we all were very hot and our hair was ruined for the night out. The owner told me after we were picked up that since I booked last minute this was the only bus left. That should have been conveyed to me upon booking. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend using this company as transparency doesn't seem to be important to them. I will be disputing the charge on my card for this bus. read more

do not use this party bus! due to the mandatory hurricane dorian evacuation, this company has refused to give back our deposit. we were not able to get to savanah due to the mandatory evacuation. i tried to communicate with the owner and he refused to answer the phone after i paid for the deposit. since i was not able to resolve this problem and he was not willing to give our deposit back, i had to contact the better business bureau. still working on trying to get our deposit back. read more
