The falafel was SO GOOD and I'm a total falafel snob. It was light, fluffy, and not too crispy. The flavor was amazing and authentic. The salad with the pickled cabbage was delicious and I mixed in some of the yogurt dressing into my salad and it tasted like I was eating a doner but without the extra carbs! The rest of the party has the lamb doner as wraps and the lamb skewers with bulgar wheat. Everyone was impressed. The portions were HUGE and the flavors all melded together perfectly. My mom is VERY picky when it comes to lamb and she won't touch it if she thinks it smells and she was very happy with her wrap. I would highly recommend this place for some really delicious food. Also, they have an upstairs seating area which is great because there is never enough seating around these parts of town. My belly is happy :)

The other dishes aren't expensive, but they don't provide great value, either. The pork chop can be somewhat overcooked and only a little cheaper than at other places. Service can be halfway decent sometimes, at other times inattentive and even a little rude. The beer on tap is, unfortunately, Ganter's various forms of slough-water, though they also have Guinness (strangely, you can't get a whole pint, though). I've never tried the Guinness here. They also serve some other beers out of bottles. It's not a bad place for a student restaurant/bar, but it's not a place to look for unless you want to spend almost nothing on a Bolognese. That's what brings most people, and that's all I'd recommend them for.
