They've set up all our pool equipment and have came about 6 times this past month to do our pool service it looks amazing after every visit they even send us reports on the water and pictures of before and after cleaning. Second time in a row we got the same server who forgot most of our order or got wrong. Never brought drinks and even have 2 small children. Manager did get involved, but in the end still paid full price for our experience and given no apology or even compensation. Still charged for meals that were never put in and had to wait until the rest of the family was done eating to even get. And again, still charged for it all. I was in the restaurant business for 17 years and if a server forgot a meal you best believe we comped that off the tab. Won't be supporting this local spot any longer. ​

I spoke to FOUR different front desk employees and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. The fourth person said they would find someone to help me, then left me standing there waiting until I finally had to say something again. What's frustrating is once someone actually decided to help, the issue was resolved quickly and easily. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was honestly unacceptable. Staff seriously needs better training because customers deserve a smoother experience than this.

I appreciate the ability to make up a class within 30 days and ability to switch classes based off of availability. They do monthly check ins with your child to see their progress and promote them to the next level once they are ready. Each level has its own set of techniques/longer second increments of specific skills as well.

Our oldest has graduated the preteen level but we still take her to refine her technique for swim team and she has been able to drop 3seconds off her times.
