THANK YOU JAMES!…read more This is the second time I requested James's services for interior detailing & he did a great job! The price is reasonable. James is quick to respond, provides clear instructions & super friendly. He's definitely a people person. In addition, James was able to do same-day service. My car reallllly needed it.

I paid the initial estimate of $350.00 for the complete interior and exterior job. I'll let the pics speak for themselves. In my original request I asked for paint restoration as well. When meeting with the tech I explained the primary reason for the detail was to remove some light swirl scratches. He then explained he did not have time for that then abs it would be an additional $150.00 per hour. Yes, the car looks descent at 20'-30' feet away but when you get closer and pay attention you begin to see the deficiencies Upon originally posting the review I gave this business 3 stars (average). It was when he became pushy I changed it to a 1 star. The technician later emailed me wondering why I left a negative review. 3 stars is average. When I did not respond to one of his emails he later texted me and sent photos of the car before and after. I replied with " I am aware of what the car looked like before and after, thank you for your time and have a nice day". I encourage the company to post any correspondence we had, including when he said it's unfortunate to have people like me in the military.

I had a ton of gunk, dead bugs, windshield washer all over the paint (from attempting to clean my windshield from bugs) and just a general dirtiness in the interior from being in the truck for 3-4 days straight. I also had dog hair in the interior and stains inside from, again, being in the vehicle for 3-4 days. He accommodated my hours for my new work schedule and made arrangements to leave the car at my job (Needs power and water source). For just them to do that, I was very impressed with since its a full-size pickup truck, and they are willing to work on anything and do good at it. The exterior shines like when I picked it up brand new at the dealer. My interior looks brand new too. The dog hair is non-existent inside now. Very pleased with the overall experience. Pricing is very reasonable. I will not hesitate to come back occasionally to bring back the shine on my vehicle. Thanks, guys!

Yes, the sensors screamed at me... but only for my front right bumper... not my back driver side passenger door. So, I tried and failed to park without scratching my car. I was super devastated and frantically searched for someone nearby in Alameda to repair my car. I found Steamworks and reached out. Immediately, David said... I can come by to take a look at your car and give you a quote. 30 minutes later (if that) David was in my parking lot, assessing the damage and wiping off random bird poop stains off my car while telling me the detail and repair plan. I was in. He even offered to come pick up my car and drop it off for the service. I don't know how grateful I was for the straight forward feedback on repair and the before and after says it all. The quality of detail I received for the price was the best I've had in forever. I've paid $300 for detailing service and received crap back. David and team went above and beyond and I am taking my car to get cleaned and detailed with Steamworks all day any day. Thanks so much David! I'll let the pictures do the talking.

From my first contact with Mike, I was impressed with his customer service. I scheduled service for Saturday morning and prior to my service time, Mike called to let me know he was running a bit late. He arrived when he said and prior to beginning any work, walked around the car with me wanting to know about areas with which I had concerns. We did the same for the interior of the car. Mike then explained the exterior and interior service he would be doing, along with the types of products he would be using. He then went about this business. Now my car was already in good condition, but after Mike was finished, he had bumped it up several layers. The outside of the car was shown at another level and the interior was clean. I appreciated that Mike's interior products did not leave any slippery feel and no fake car smells. I would sum up Mike's work as thorough and highly detailed. I am looking forward to scheduling with him soon, to detail our other car. If you are looking for a great auto detailer, then I highly recommend Mike.

Unfortunately, I had to leave before they could finish my car, which was definitely frustrating. They apologized, asked me to come back the next day, and even took $10 off for the inconvenience. When I returned, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The inside and outside of my car looked phenomenal--it was clear they had taken the time to do the job right. What impressed me most wasn't that things went perfectly the first day--they didn't. It was how they handled the situation. Instead of rushing through my car just to get me out the door, they chose quality over speed and asked me to come back so they could deliver the level of work they stand behind. That kind of integrity is rare.
