I was greeted by a very friendly attendant who took the time to explain to me what the process is if I make a purchase, and need them to store lighting fixtures until I need them. They will hold them for up to 90 days! I walked around their entire showroom, and saw some of the most unique and beautiful light fixtures, including magnificent and brilliant chandeliers! Their pricing is reasonable, and in some instances, they have mark downs of up to 80% off the original pricing. We are about to start a renovation, so it's great to be able to order exactly what I need, and to support local businesses as well. We most definitely will be returning to place our order.

We were told they would be here by late September, mid November. November became December, December became January. Dealing with a contractor made things worse. We didn't have any authority even though we would ultimately be paying for them. We were forced to go to the store monthly to get updates. often, it was like pulling teeth. Apparently, awe needed permission from the contractor (worst ever-more on him later) to get the information. It took a BBB complaint to get the contractor to cancel the order in mid January. We're stuck with a range hood that we will have to replace since it's important that appliances match. My recommendation to Ferguson? Keep the end user in mind. I called for the last time and was told that some customers had been waiting since April of last year - it didn't instill confidence. The ladies that work in the front were extremely help and cordial. They gave us as much information as they could.
