Placed an order for a new iPad Pro for my business with a new data line and a new phone…read more Got called to come pick up the iPad. Then got told they can't give me the iPad until the phone comes in, as they held the iPad in front of me and had even brought it out to me at the table. Was given no apology for the waste of time and unnecessary stop or delay in my order as I waited a week for the ipad to be shipped to them initially instead of just driving to apple to buy it direct. I do not recommend. They are not Verizon. They are a 3rd party and poorly trained.

I arrived at…read moreapproximately 5:30 PM to buy a new phone and had to wait an hour and a half to be helped only to be told that they stop doing storage transfers at 6:30. No employees notified me of this nor were there any signs stating this. This store wasted 90 minutes of my time. I would not recommend going to this store unless you like wasting your time.
