Specialties
I listen deeply to the obstacles that stand in the way of love, kindness and compassion for self and other. I work intuitively and use the tools of Zen and consciousness to guide you back to an authentic and kind relationship with yourself, your partner, your family and community. This connection then is a source for insight, healing and energy.
I’m directive and listen deeply to the wisdom that comes through me. It is usually what my clients need to hear in order to find peace and balance in their lives. It is my hope that what I translate to my client in words and in energy during the session will benefit them and provide a sense of clarity and awareness.
I hold an PhD in transformative education and traditional knowledge from CIIS. I have 20 years experience working with individuals, couples and families. I am trained in transformational education, indigenous wisdom, Hakomi and Rinzai Zen.
I specialize in Mindful Relationship, Mindful Divorce and personal transformation. I work with individuals, couples, small groups and facilitate Earth Quests in Mt Shasta every summer
History
Established in 2001.
A colleague of mine asked if I would work with her client and assist her in navigating her possible divorce. That turned into a 12 week course, “Healing Relationship and Divorce” that had 12 women participate. That turned into 20 courses, 100 individual clients, and an ongoing practice.
