The facility itself is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and being able to have my family there with me brought so much comfort during such a vulnerable time. Every single nurse, staff member, and provider who walked into my room treated me like family. As a nurse myself, I know firsthand how rare it is to encounter a team this exceptional. The level of compassion, professionalism, and attentiveness here is unmatched. My CRNA listened to every concern I had, and this was by far the best I have ever woken up from anesthesia -- minimal nausea, well-controlled pain, and genuine comfort throughout recovery. Honestly, it made me emotional because you could truly feel how much these people care about their patients. Going into spine surgery could have been such a frightening and nerve-racking experience, but this team turned it into something truly special. Horrible, stay away!!!…read more This place is a joke. I called on a Monday morning to see if they are accepting new patients and if so to make an appointment. As t hose of you with chronic pain know, this is not because we're so thrilled to be going to the doctor, it's because we're in a severe amount of pain. Well, the woman who answered the phone was super frazzled and seemed shocked that I would call on a Monday morning to make an appointment. She literally said to me (with attitude) "well, it's Monday morning and we're very busy! I'll have to take your information and have Jennifer call you back." I figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she doesn't normally work there, or answer the phone, or was just having a bad day. I waited all day Monday and heard nothing. So Tuesday morning I call back to follow up (because I'm in an excruciating amount of pain!) and this time the woman who answers the phone tells me in an annoyed tone "the nurse isn't in yet, she'll call you when she gets in." I ask when that will be and she tells me 11am. I ask if that's when I should expect a call and she just repeats the first thing she said to me again in a very snobby/annoyed tone. At this point I realize this is not the place I want to go so I tell her my name and that she can take me off the list, I've decided against making an appointment there. She says ok and hangs up. I'm still so shocked at how these women have treated potential patients that I call back as I'd like to speak to someone in charge and this time she doesn't even say anything, just picks up the phone and immediately hangs it up again! I try calling again, thinking maybe it was a mistake and this time I'm sent to the answering service. Wow, if this is how you or your staff treat people you have absolutely no business being a doctor.

His staff; however, are of the new generation who are impatient, entitled, incompetent, and rude. Unfortunately, his prices have certainly kept up with the times and they are exorbitant with a service level from the staff one would expect from a third-world country. The high prices of his consultation and the incredibly low quality of service from the staff equate to an intolerable level of service which is unacceptable. If you seek medical treatment for pain this is not the facility one would expect for the high cost of services. You deserve more for your hard earned money. In fact, the staff made a valiant attempt at convincing me the level of service I was provided, for the cost, was appropriate, even considering the location on Ventura blvd which is known to be a low-rent area of the valley. Compared to my previous Dr. in Beverly Hills, where one would expect 5x the rent, the cost was lower for services rendered, and the level of service was far superior to Dr. Robb. These are real-world reviews and you should take these into account when deciding who you should go to for care. This may very well be an aging Dr's attempt to milk federal funding to bankroll a retirement plan. Don't fall for it, you deserve more - move on! Don't even consider this location.

Been doing physical therapy, chiro, and massage for 8+ years and gotten some short term relief but the debilitating spasms have only gotten worse and more frequent. I couldn't play sports and there were weeks on end where I couldn't even pick up my two babies. I was referred to Dr. Bajaj by an Orthopedic surgeon in the same building and told if this doesn't work, disc replacement surgery is my last option. The team at RPS went through a slow and deliberate process to see how my discs and lower back responded to less inflammation -- first with diagnostic cortisone shots. The symptoms slightly improved so Dr. Bajaj recommended I do stem cell injections with a PRP booster. I was skeptical since nothing else had worked and healing my condition had been somewhat hopeless. Although insurance did not cover the procedure, it was the best money I've ever spent. Within a few weeks 80% of the pain had gone. Within a few months I was playing sports again. Today I'm living my life without having to plan every moment around stretching, getting treatment, icing, etc just to do something as simple as a long car ride. Dr. Bajaj's treatment transformed my life and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

Then they turned around and sent the same $300 to a collections agency to chase me for money they had already refunded. I emailed Michelle, the office manager, who has had no trouble responding to me in the past, to resolve it quietly. She ignored the email. I ended up contacting the billing company myself and sending them proof of Remedy's own refund so they would stop pursuing me. So: no physical exam, no BioTE procedure I had scheduled, $300 out of pocket, a partial refund, a collections referral for money already returned, and silence from the office when I tried to fix it. This is not a clerical mix-up. It is a failure of basic professionalism, and I had to clean up their mistake using their own records.
