Our second course consisted of, lobster, pasta, uni pasta and a calamari risotto. Our final course was a whole, roasted Dorado, serve with green beans, roasted potatoes, and capers. Unfortunately, we were so full from all the appetizers and pasta's that we couldn't fully appreciate the fish. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent.

We've frequented here a few times, and the food and service has been wonderful each time. Despite the fact that they were more than overbooked last weekend for the Quantum sailing race, service was efficient and servers were friendly, albeit a bit frenzied. After the regatta, it was much more low-keyed and filled with locals. It was obvious that some of the customers lived in the area and knew each other, and that many the patrons were regulars who have summered in the Porto Cervo for years. I'd suggest ordering the seafood here. It's pricier, but so fresh and so good. The seafood salad was loaded with generous portions of tender fresh octopus, and is my favorite dish here. It's technically an appetizer, but plenty enough for an entree. The lobster spaghetti came with a half of a lobster tail and a massive amount of pasta (though a tad salty). I'd pass on the calzone, which had a nice chewy edging, but pales in comparison to their seafood. This is Sardinia after all, right?! If you're coming towards the beginning or end of the summer season, call in advance to get their hours. The majority of shops and restaurants in Porto Cervo operate on a seasonal basis just as resorts in the East Coast do, like Martha's Vineyard, Stone Harbor and the Hamptons (my personal favorite, of course, since that's where I got engaged!). Again, come for the seafood here, along with the convivial atmosphere. It's a gem in Porto Cervo Marina.

The amazing thing is that €10 buys you a drink, while €15 buys you a drink and a seemingly endless supply of appetisers. Acqua is located in the Marina of Porto Chervo, located across a small bay from the town of Porto Chervo. The beauty of this place is that the sun sets right in front of you, giving you a splendid sunset setting. While the ageing revellers in the center of Porto Chervo don't get a sunset setting, they do get to spend about €40 per drink, no freebies included. They also get to pretend, however, that they are richer and younger than you know they are. If you want to go there, don't forget your Loro Piano slacks and blazer. So my preference: get a little drunk in a more causal setting. PS: We didn't eat but people around us were raving over the food but that's just par for the course in Sardinia. Perfect place for a 7pm drink.

It is picturesque! The meal started with warm bread, which was delicious. And they served us artichoke as an appetizer for free. Then we ordered the vegetarian rigatoni, filet mignon, veal milanese and veal osso bucco. The rigatoni was good, but extremely greasy. The gnocci that came with the osso bucco was also extremely buttery and lacking any flavor. The osso bucco itself was deliciously seasoned and prepared. The Veal milanese was simple, and good if you like veal milanese which is traditionally not very flavorful. The filet mignon was good. Very simple and well cooked. Overall, the food was OK, probably not worth the price, but the atmosphere and service was excellent.

The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. We enjoyed a Bellini and some yummy local artichokes to start off our meal. Both with wonderfully tasty. We would definitely go back.
