We love this place and come back every time we are in Verduno! Not quite classical Piemontese - the chef had spent some time in France so definitely a French influence there. When you sit down to eat, you are there for the long haul. We've been here 4 times and I think the shortest time spent was 3 1/2 hours. They do not rush this experience at all. There is plenty of food (I don't think I've actually made it to the secondi at any time) and of course the best time of year to go is during truffle season. The staff here is very attentive - especially the sommelier. Wonderful food and amazing wine list.
