Espresso

Cute place with the sweetest people! Lots of cool Italian items for purchase. I was in town for work and stopped here for lunch. I got the caprese sandwich and it was delicious. Came on a toasted bread. Also got an espresso. Excellent coffee! Overall an amazing experience, food is delicious! Stop by if you're in town, you won't be disappointed.

Roma

Found the best sandwich of my life while traveling for work. Here in the little town of Alpharetta GA (outside of Atlanta) is a small Italian grocery store that is also offering a menu of about 20 options that will blow your damn socks off. The women working there are as authentic as they come, and they deliver simple but absolutely beautiful focaccia sandwiches. I tried two during my recent stay: The Amore Mio - Burrata cheese, prosciutto, salami, spanish chorizo, mortadella, artisanal pesto sauce, sundried tomato & arugula The Roma - Brie cheese, pepper jam, prosciutto, soppressata, salame calabrese, fresh tomato & arugula Each of these were served on toasted focaccia with your choice of flavored olive oils. Truly magnificent. They were a bit pricy ($15-$20 per sandwich), but they don't skimp on the high quality ingredients. Can't wait to come back and try more.

Food is fresh and made in house. The staff is friendly they also made delicious sandwich's. I've been here multiple times.

Weekly pasta with vodka sauce. Deliciously cheesy creamy and salty with the perfect al dente cook. My first pasta here was a treat.

My family and I love coming here for delicious fresh food. The sandwiches remind me of the top notch hole in the wall Italian delis in New York. Tonight I tried their weekly pasta, the vodka sauce was deliciously cheesy and salty. The pasta was cooked a perfect al dente. My wife loved her fresh focaccia sandwich with delicious creamy burrata, greens, oils and meats. The owner is proud and provides great service. The patio is a great hang and a nice walk around the halcyon makes a nice night.

Variety of Italian goods

Wow!!! "Little Shop" more like Little Treasure!!! This European market is like a little piece of Italy! So different from anything in the area. We stepped in and immediately loved the decor and feel! Fresh Basil growing in the front... Greenery hanging from the ceiling... Enough variety of goods to be interesting but not so much as to overwhelm! And then you walk back to the little eatery... Coffee Paninis Carpaccio Salads Pastries Salumi Boards There are many things made fresh and a few in the freezer to grab and go! I highly recommend trying something and then sit and enjoy it on their little patio! We tried the Manzo Carpaccio and it was DELICIOUS! Everything was fresh, the basil sauce was SO yummy! We definitely will be back so we can try the others.

Fettuccine Alfredo with pesto

I got the salmon panini with a lemon olive oil and it was honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten. It works so well together and would be perfect as a brunch sandwich or for dinner. I always get a lox and cream cheese bagel at joints and this was 100 times better! My boyfriend got fettuccine Alfredo with pesto added and I tried a few bites.. it was also great. It's a adorable shop with lots of Italian goods plus has indoor and outside eating. Can't wait to go back and try more!

Awesome panini's and the best homemade Gnocchi Gorgonzola. A little pricey but worth it to last bite !

Amazing paninis! In the pricier side but the ingredients were quality. The size of the panini is large enough for two people to enjoy.

Started shopping from the first store a few months after they started the store. In those days,…read more it was an heavenly experience to drive 120 miles to reach at "Cherians", hardly any Indian store in many of the neighboring States. Do remember his eldest son asking me when I was a new customer " may I help you" while his head was not much above the table. I have helped them a few times to unload their grocery from the delivery truck (in the first store) and told him, I will charge you for the labor when you became very big. Thank GOD, that prediction has been turned true now. They treat me and my family like VIPs always. Their restaurant items like masala dosa-ghee dosa-urid vada etc are very tasty, thus eating there in every visit is a new habit. How many times my family and I have visited them, only GOD knows. A very friendly and peaceful atmosphere-great price-quality goods; thus they have created an army of loyal customers from Atlanta and the neighboring States. GOD has abundantly blessed them. GOD bless them more.

I have been a regular customer at Cherians Indian Grocery in Cumming for the past 12 years, and…read moreuntil today, I had never experienced such poor customer service. During checkout, the cashier, who seemed to be new, made multiple billing errors with my items and did not handle the situation professionally when the mistakes were pointed out.My Idly rice bag was clearly marked as $21.99, but she billed it as $22.99. When I pointed it out, she asked me to go take a picture of the price tag. I told her I did not have my phone with me, and she said she would go check herself. She went but never returned, so I had to go and show her the price tag personally. Even after seeing the $21.99 label, she seemed confused and went to another counter to discuss it with another employee while chatting and laughing instead of resolving the issue professionally. Another item, Paneer, was marked $4.99 on the shelf but was billed as $5.99 and already packed into the bag. I had to ask her again to verify the price before she corrected it. To make matters worse, I had purchased 2 packs of Maggi and returned 1 pack before payment. She started searching through all my groceries as if something was wrong. When I politely asked what she was looking for and explained that I had only returned one pack, she responded very rudely, saying she needed to check everything. After payment, I simply told her that speaking to customers that way was not good for the store's reputation. Instead of handling the feedback professionally, she argued back and told me not to speak to her like that. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but basic customer service and proper training are extremely important. Long-time customers should not have to deal with repeated billing mistakes and rude behavior. With untrained staff and poor customer interaction, Cherians' reputation may suffer in the future.
