Il Bio was a very pleasant surprise.
They cook in Friuli tradition (that's an Italian region, somewhere between Udine and Trieste), very natural and great tasting.
they have starters with different eingelegtes gemüse or vitello tonnato or fish. We took as a main dish a spaghetti with a pesto based also on... vodka, that was absolutely great.
As a dessert we had panna cotta and sorbetto di limoncello.
Everything is handmade and fresh made, very polite serving by the owners themselves.
The atmosphere is cosy and sympathisch, not hochnäsig. The meals are very personal, not something standard. A must for gourmets and feinschmecker.
Prices were about 20EUR/person, for three courses, including a good wine and water. read more
