For pastas, we got the spaghetti with spicy Calabrian sausage and burrata and the ravioli with osso buco. The pastas were definitely cooked al dente - I preferred the spaghetti. The ravioli had good flavor, but it was sitting in so much oil that I couldn't eat too many. It was a solid meal overall, but I didn't think the pastas were anything life-changing.
