You can get 5 star food for cheaper, but you pay for the experience. At the start, you pick a candle, either rosemary, olive oil, or ginger. Later, you will use the olive oil in the candle to dip your bread in. The amuse bouche was gorgeous and the staff is very knowledgeable about each dish and its origins. The prawn appetizer was good, but not as good as the mussels appetizer. The strongest bite was the sea urchin foam dish in the mussels appetizer which outshine the rest. The swordfish entree was a bit disappointing as it wasn't as flavorful as others. The lobster in yogurt sauce was delicious and very unique, but it outshone the lobster in mint sauce. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back for reasons stated above, but it certainly was a cool dining experience if you appreciate creativity and the history behind each dish
