A small an unpretentious place, it is manned by a very friendly staff. My brother and I happened to get the same sandwich; a coincidence. Salami and provolone was what we ordered. We were asked if we wanted sharp provolone and we both jumped on that. I'm tired of the wimpy provolone at home. He grabbed a fresh roll and made the sandwich up right in front of us. Our server gave us each a sample of the meat from a 8" diameter huge salami roll before making the sandwiches. Fresh and delicious. Quick and friendly service all rate a "cinque!"

The staff were super friendly and welcoming and I would strongly recommend you drop by here if you are heading into Ortygia as the prices are far better here than in town.
