We were asked if we wanted sharp provolone and we both jumped on that. I'm tired of the wimpy provolone at home. He grabbed a fresh roll and made the sandwich up right in front of us. They have appetizers that can be combined for a nice meal. They have a delicious appetizer called Mammamia which is an arancione with pulled pork, served with fondue cheese.
