I always say my house will not look like that of Ed Norton's in Fight Club... but alas, Ikea just sucks me in. I go in for a candle and leave with $200 worth of stuff. Although websites like Craigslist and Kijiji allow me to purchase used items at a discounted price, I kind of have the mentality of why bother... You can get everything at a reasonable price brand spankin' new (with too much packaging) from Ikea. Last night I had to exchange a basket to Ikea (I stupidly bought the floor model so it lacked a bottom!). They were no hassle and really user friendly. Someone even ran from the department to hand deliver a proper one to me. I have to admit, I like the service. Walking through Ikea is like walking thru a dream like state. The upstairs in the showroom area is filled with potentials for your home. I love their clean, sleek displays and the fact that you can get comfortable in any one of them, really gives it the home feel. then I head down to the marketplace where the spending begins. How did they know that I needed a set up tupperware when I didn't even know I needed any... It's like they read my mind. After the Marketplace comes the warehouse and my favourite area, the "as is" section. I always pick up something there that peaks my interest. Whether its a vase that someone returned so I get it at 10% the original price or perhaps a rug that was the floor model at one point.. (it's like a steal!) My only real complaint is that they up'd the price of hot dogs to .75 cents from .50... don't they know that they shouldn't change a good thing? read more

Ordered 800$ worth of stuff in early April. I understand I have to wait 6 weeks due to covid. However during the delivery date, I received someone else's order with someone else's name + address sent to my house. Have not received any items of my order. Heard they're doing curb side pick up but they charged me 60$ for delivering nothing. And now stores are back open but I still have not received my order. Word of advice, finish off backed up orders before allowing customers to order. Contacting the bureau of buisness and claiming this as Fraud. read more

Walked in by myself to purchase 2 mats. Went to self-checkout and separated the smaller mat from the larger one to ensure they are both visable, scanned both items, and pressed pay. The screen then said "you have been randomly selected for a spot check. An attendant will be with you shortly". At that point, I patiently waited for the attendant to come over. She did about 10 second later and said "oh boy, what happened in a friendly manner". She swiped her card and quickly checked that I did indeed have 2 mats, which is exactly what I scanned. At that point, I was already fuming inside from the notice "you have been randomly selected for a spot check". The word "random" didn't sit well with me as I'm a minority and life experience has shown many times these things are generally not "random". I said to her "you know what, I'm going to go forget it, I don't like this process". I left shaking my head and wondering, is this process in fact random or is security watching the cameras above and selecting certain people for this "random" spot check. I did not start complaining to the attendant, because it's not her fault. However, the entire episode left me feeling profiled. I drove over to another retailer 5 mins away and purchased the mats there without a "random spot check". Would be interesting to see if Ikea would publicly confirm it is a computer algorithm that in fact "randomly" selects purchases or are personnel involved in "selecting" purchases for "random spot checks". Regardless, this is poor customer service. I say no thanks to "random" spot checks. I don't need to be profiled or treated like a criminal to purchase products from Ikea. read more

i just tried to make a return and buy a gift from ikea. What a shit show. Drove to the underground because I know that's near their return desk and found it under repair and poorly signed. the entrance elevators were out of service, and the door to get in was hidden around the corner with no signage. I ended up finding myself walking into a construction site! When I got in with two heavy boxes of goods to return, I walked straight past a woman who didn't bother to let me know that there was a two hour wait. After I finally realize that's who I should be talking to, She tells me it's a two hour wait!! I said that felt unacceptable. She was not apologetic and gave me a smug look and said yes, we have to serve all these people. I said, do you have not have enough staff? And she just shrugged. I don't think it falls apart because it is bad quality. I think it falls apart because idiots like me and every other random person out there are the ones putting it together. And let's face it, with no written instructions something ALWAYS goes wrong. That being said, when it comes to things like massive wardrobes, you have to go here. It is like everyone else who tried to get in on this wardrobe monopoly was slayed by a dragon named Ikea. This location has a huge amount of parking, is TTC accessible with a shuttle bus and is easier to get to than North York or Vaughan. BUT, the employees can be sparse and they aren't always stocked. IKEA really provides the perfect solution you'll fail to find elsewhere - contemporary design, fully functional (especially in a small space), and a presence full of hacks and creative ideas to make your space work. I regret having gone for a fabric bed and should've just gone for a clean cut bed with drawers underneath to make use of space. Anyway, ever since my foolishness, I have visited and revisited this store to pick up various items - bathroom sets, cutlery, patio deck tiles, wine glasses, serving plates, tables and more. No regrets. ANKIE TIP: I really enjoy looking through the "space layouts" on the second floor. A lot of people don't really know these exist. But you can pretty much walk through bathroom, living room and kitchen set ups for tons of ideas. read more

This Ikea location is a million times better than the one in North York in my opinion. Any time I've been (I usually stray from the weekends mind you) it's not too busy, I don't feel rushed or like I'm in the way if I stop to look at something. The complete opposite to North York, where I felt like I was in a zoo and on the brink of a panic attack. It is not too difficult to find things, both the show room and the warehouse are well maintained and organized so if you expect to find something in aisle 12, it will be in aisle 12. Well, unless they're sold out, but I haven't encountered that either - so points for good stock! There is ample parking, close to transit and even a free shuttle from Kipling station. How convenient! I've been shopping at Ikea for a few years but it never even occurred to me to try the food, afterall my mission is usually for a specific piece of furniture and I end up leaving with a whole new decor scheme...I digress. I thought I'd start simple with a cinnamon bun, holy smokes it was fresh and delicious I ended up buying a case to take home. The staff is friendly, I don't know the benefit of being a member of the "ikea family" or whatever their member card is, in any event I don't have one and the young man at the cash scanned his for me. I come here occasionally during off hours and it's still busy! Not as busy as evenings & weekends though. Love the model units especially the tiny units that are relevant to the urban dweller. Nice ideas on layout, furniture and accessories. Store layout if fine, self-serve is convenient. Staff are helpful, if you can get ahold of one (sometimes it feels understaffed - either I can't find anyone or there's only 1 person and 3 customers waiting to ask questions). I get super excited for IKEA food lol! It's like fancy cafeteria food..I know that sounds strange but the quality is there and it is self serve- simple and sweet. I really like the concept since it's definitely easy for families with young children. They have food items for kids and even a microwave if something needs to be heated up. Very convenient and thoughtful as of course IKEA is a home furniture and accessories store so they are able to show case their items and themes. So back to the food items, I use to come here for their cheap $1 breakfasts and unlimited coffee (such a brilliant idea!) but it is just too hard to make it so early on weekends. I would definitely recommend it as it is such a good deal and the quality is pretty good. This past weekend, I went for lunch and although it was a late lunch, there was still a line up. We ordered Swedish meatballs with mash potatoes and the fish and chips. We also got the vegetable soup and side salad. The price for all the items came up to be very reasonable and I got my $1 unlimited coffee. The food was prepared fresh as there was always a constant flow of people. I really enjoyed the meatballs- small bite size and juicy and there were 15 meatballs with a generous serving of mash potatoes. Oh so yummy.. For the fish and chips, the fries are crispy fries and not the regular stuff... Definitely bonus points there! Next items to try are their salmon and chicken.. read more

For those with tendencies toward self-loathing or a serious lack of anything better to do, IKEA is wonderful. For everyone else it is an unnerving challenge. The layout is a huge maze and you are the rat. The first time it is interesting, after that it's like, did I really need to come here and walk 8 km just to get candles with a Swedish name or a cheap breakfast? If you are really hankering for punishment, come on the weekend. The first line you will wait in is just to ask a question. There are more after that. Parking is chaotic, as you are one of thousands who decided that going to IKEA on the weekend was a good idea. Most of the stuff is cheaper than average, yet it looks cheaper than average. Once you manage to get it home, spend hours putting it together or paying IKEA to do it, it doesn't look as nice next to the other stuff you bought at yard sales or inherited. Thus, the dilemma. Do you buy everything you own at IKEA so it looks uniform and nice like the displays in the store? OR Do you come here to navigate lines, a huge maze, and loads of people with small kids who came here to spend the day just to buy things like wooden coat hangers, candles, or coffee mugs that are good items, but can be found almost anywhere? read more

IKEA has the absolute worst customer service for mattress returns. I bought a mattress and paid IKEA to pick it up as a return. The pick up was on the Friday and since I paid my debit, I was told to wait 2 days to get a refund. I called Tuesday to check if I can come in the store for the refund and the guy said to wait 1 more day so they can update their system. He did confirm that the delivery service picked up the mattress and that it shouldn't be a problem. I called them today and the guy said, to wait another 5 days for the refund. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and the guy even says it can take a month for the refund! I asked for the supervisor and he says I have to wait 24-48 hours for the manager to call me back. What??!!! This service sucks!! I will never again shop here!! read more

For food vs other ikeas. The restaurants layout isnt as superior. Stop, rewind..... To get here and parking are the least of my favorites of the 4 IKEAs in the GTA.... it's probably the worst for everything of the Ikeas restaurants and smalland for sure it is. They keep the sweetener by the cash registers, awkward..... Sorry, so after you're done road raging and IKEA mazing to get to the restaurant you're "greeted" by disgruntled employees*, who just want to serve you and get you on your way, but because they're rushing it slows everything down. Less soups are available. The cashiers try to figure everything out on their own, even though you told them what you ordered, and then you have to tell them again what they "think" and what you told them aren't the same.... And after they've figured out to punch in what you told them, you're told to go to the register next door because her till is credit/debit only.... whatever I'm not explaining my plates again, here take my visa. Go and grab my condiments at the station... only to go back to the registers to grab my sweetener and cutlery. Off I go to find a seat... I swear it "looks" smaller per sqft and more cramped vs the other ikeas?? But the layout and lighting IS worse and maybe that's what gives the illusion that it's smaller, more cramped and poorly designed. This restaurant is the epitome of their assembly instructions and the guys who setup the restaurant looked at the manuals and did it all wrong. And a staffer started questioning a guest about him taking water... lol IKEA isn't fine dining but you'll never feed 10 people for under $30 in any restaurant, meals, sides, drinks and ice cream all in... But this IKEA restaurant just doesn't meet my IKEA standards, and yes those standards include you dousing the food in ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper.... The maze/store itself and the staff are ok, and they seem to have a better handle on cashing people out... but I'll go to north York, vaughan instead for the food and smalland. If you need IKEA furniture this place is okay.... If you want a cheap meal go to the other ones instead... I can't comment on other locations as the etobicoke one has been my primary since I moved out on my own. A couple points I've noticed about my many trips there. 1) Approaching parking from the rear of the building will save you some time, there's access from a side road off Evans that will get you to the underground parking quickly. It's much easier to exit as well if you try to shop on a Saturday afternoon. 2) If you have multi boxes for your pieces, make sure both are the same color. I bought a desk that came in 2 boxes that was in the same location, brought them home only to find out the top shelves were the wrong color. Trying to exchange them turned into the longest exchange of my life. They sent an employee to get me a new box, after 20 mins of waiting I decided to get it myself. I found said employee wandering around looking for it, when I asked why he couldn't find it, he said this was his first time working the stacks. Ridiculous. 3) There's a labelled shortcut beside the children's play area that lets you skip the showroom and puts you right at the beginning of the self serve kitchen area. If you walk straight through this area, there's a break in the wall on the left that puts you beside the flat buggies for the stacks. I have no issues with the furniture itself, they're good interim pieces but chips if you look at it the wrong way. Pretty good pricing on the LED accent lighting too, although you have to pick it up after you pay now since they pulled it from their shelves in lighting. read more

I assume most Yelpers know what Ikea's stuff is like so this review is just a comment on the location and the store: Parking here is generally easy (better than many Ikea's) and you get a choice of indoor and outdoor. This particular Ikea has two levels, with the furniture showroom and cafeteria on the top and most of the ready-to-grab items and the bins on the main floor. Cafeteria is a bit less efficient than some other Ikea's, but as usual prices are very food. One feature I like here is that it is relatively easy to find the bins from the front entrance (just veer to the left and walk the wrong way through the checkout lanes) when you want to skip the shopping and just grab a piece of furniture from a known bin. They are also doing a massive remodel here - at last visit they had just completed the Swedish food counter. Another nice thing (especially for folks my age and people with kids) is that there are restrooms easy to find at the front of the store so when you really have to go when leaving your car it does not require a search. Also, if you are coming by TTC, they have a shuttle to the KIpling Bloor-Danforth station. read more

They use to offer the $1 breakfast their breakfast menu has change. They offer a pre-set menu $2.50 I think. Not worth it. The toast was stale, the scrambled egg was soggy and the chicken sausages were spongy and almost dry. Kids didnt eat their breakfast and we basically threw everything out. Yuck. Will never .. Never go back. To incorporate a healthier soft drink alternative, they took away the usual coke and iced tea and replaced it with options that were undrinkable. The kids filled their cups with water instead. Waste of money. I dont mind paying more for breakfast but at least put some effort into the quality of the food. Never again. read more

Visiting Ikea after a long absence made me realize that I really don't miss coming to this store. My first extended exposure to this store was when I moved up the Great Canadian North and furnished my place mainly from em. I was happy that the setup didn't cost an arm and leg did draw admiration from friends that the place had a minimalist yet functional feel to it. I had time so I didn't mind putting up things together even though you need to be a Nordic god to get things that are somewhat complicated put together correctly on the first try (I recall a cabinet took me over 3 hours to put together!!) I kept on coming back for more and more till I had to move. I came to realize that why is their stuff called disposable furniture. Even a slight ding would make the items unusable. Pulling it apart was next to impossible. After this experience I realize if one factors in the labor one puts in and the flimsy stuff they have I would rather buy real furniture. The stand alone already assembled items are a bit better but meh one can do a lot better for a little more money. Now on to this store being a weekend this place was a predictable a mad house. Parking was hard to get and one is greeted with a wallop of people and help is few and far between. The layout maps though posted frequently still requires one to familiarize with the store to know where what is. Checkouts can be mind numbing though the new (for me) self checkout does help out things a bit. I would say 2 stars for this place. If I was on a budget I would still look around at other retailers and buy real furniture instead of disposable one. read more

Well, it's an IKEA. I really do miss having one near me, and so when I had an opportunity to go wander around and have some lunch, I leapt at the chance. So yeah, it's pretty standard. In fact the layout is almost exactly like the last US IKEA I was in, which is in Woodbridge, VA. It's got the same inexpensive merchandise, the same decent level of customer service, and the same meatballs. If you need some inexpensive, decently made furniture or home accessories, this is the place for you. read more

If there's one place that has succeeded in retail design it is IKEA. Their showrooms are beautifully crafted to spur your imagination and pull out your wallet at everything you see. The problem is that it all quickly crashes down once you get to the warehouse. It seems all the money and effort went into assembling all the showroom pieces that they forgot to actually make sure that have stuff to sell. I've been to this store so many times and each time I have to leave disappointed because the pieces I wanted ended up being out of stock. Either they were completely missing or the colour I wanted wasn't available. It's about 100x worse at IKEA than any other store since you would have to go all the way back through the store again to find an alternative. At that point who even has the stamina to do it all again? Getting the frozen yogurt on the way out cheers me up enough to give it 2 stars overall. read more

To a certain extent, if you've seen one Ikea, you've seen them all. This one has a few variations to its credit, however. They run a free shuttlebus from Kipling subway station to this Ikea, which is great if you don't have a car, since the Queensway bus goes from Keele Station to Sherway--not convenient if you live around Royal York, for instance. Also, this Ikea has underground parking which is good if it's raining and you don't want to get wet, or if it's sunny and you don't want your car to get baked. You might also be able to get closer to the entrance if the above-ground lot is crowded. I've always been a fan of the Ikea cafeteria: it's good, it's quick, it's cheap, and they have great specials (like the incredible $1 breakfast). They used to have "gourmet" meals on Wednesdays, complete with live music by a local guitarist, but I haven't seen any signs about it lately, so it may have been discontinued. If so, that's a shame. read more

Ikea food is what I'm rating here. It's a cool cafeteria concept with swedish inspired dishes. The Swedish meatballs is what I usually get with either fries, mashed potatoes or veggies. It comes with gravy and lingonberry sauce. For $1 you can have access to their soda fountain. I usually make my own concoction with 2 parts lingonberry drink 1 part soda water and 1 part iced tea. In the summer you have to end your meal with a frozen yogurt cone! It really is good value for your money. read more

Instead, I received a call saying that the delivery man went back and if I want to schedule another delivery, that I will have to pay more. I took a day off, and my entire day has now been wasted. Been on hold with IKEA for over 2 hours, being moved from one customer service representative to another. No one has been helpful. DO NOT SCHEDULE A HOME DELIVERY WITH IKEA. It is not worth it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 2 h of driving 1 h of waiting $150 charged / refunded = NOTHING Don't spend the $150 to have them design your kitchen. We booked an apt & drove over 1h to get to Ikea, we went with full blue prints for our upcoming build & they sent us away as they couldn't figure out the math on the kitchen. Originally when we booked we tried calling to confirm what we would need to bring (are the blue prints enough??) we tried several times and no one ever answered (& we tried lots of different times) we even tried emailing through the website & the email bounced back saying it didn't exists. When we were leaving IKEA we asked to speak to a manager, I was confident they must have someone who could read the blue prints, ((this has to be an error right)) YOU DESIGN KITCHENS. Rather I got a manager who told me, no they don't do that & if I wanted to talk to someone I would need to go through the web site & call. ((Yep, while I'm standing in an IKEA)) so I said no problem, if the manager could please get a hold of them for me that would be great as I explained my previous experience of not being able to get a hold of any one, & the managers response was, they don't answer for us ether......... .......... to clarify as a manager you are telling me I need to contact people who are not going to answer to get support when I'm here at your store. super sad because I really wanted an IKEA kitchen, but if this is the service when your trying to give them $20,000, what will it be like once you have paid. Shared review for this Ikea as well the one in Etobicoke. TLDR; The ikeas here in Toronto have no cooperation between each other and better hope they ship what you order, or else you're going to have a bad time. Went out to the Ikea in Etobicoke with my Fiancee, ended up spending hours there looking for anything we like for our new apartment since Ikea had a sale. Found a couch we wanted, right there on the display floor, and all we wanted was a different color. We flag down an Ikea rep, and ask her questions about it and then tell her we want it, just in a different color. We wait as she tries to ring it up, with the aid of another representative. The system makes it take much longer than we expected as the computers are barely responding and she has to make a call to see if there are any left in stock. Turns out that there is a single part missing, and no ETA on when it will come back in. We ask if we can buy it now and just wait for the part. Told nope, it has to have the part in for us to buy it. Okay, what about other Ikeas in town? She has to call them, so we wait more time as she does. She comes back and tells us one of them does have the couch. Cool, we ask to buy it. Nope. You have to drive to the store and order it in person because the stores apparently have absolutely no connection. They won't let us send the part here, order it via phone or online, nothing. We ask if we can at least get them to hold onto the couch until we drive the hour through rush hour traffic to get there. Nope! Fine, the saga shall continue! The rep at Etobicoke gives us the exact order, all the paperwork that will need to be filed at North York. Off we go to the North York location. After driving through the traffic and almost getting slammed into a couple of times, we arrive, flag down a rep as fast as possible and talk to them. We explain what we want, hand the new rep the paperwork, walk through everything, order delivery and assembly. Day of delivery comes and goes, then on a separate day for assembly (because of course it's a different day), they come and open the boxes to assemble the couch. Wrong couch. They sent us the wrong couch, it won't even fit in our apartment assembled, (which ironically is why we were even looking for a couch to begin with, our old one wouldn't fit, so we knew exactly what size we wanted). Assembly guy buggers off with the job unfinished once we realize it isn't the right one; leaves all the trash in the apartment though, so that's cool. Call Ikea to tell them to fix their mistake, spend forever going back and forth explaining everything. They tell us that it will be TWO WEEKS before they can do anything about it. Moreover, to refund the assembly, we have to DRIVE BACK THERE to do some paperwork. In this day and age, the fact that you cannot handle these proceedings via phone or online is a poor and shameful practice for a business that should be better organized, to say nothing of actually being unable to provide the one thing they are supposed to do: furniture. I will not only be taking my business elsewhere after this, I will be swerving my friends, family, coworkers, and business away from all Ikea businesses and products, and giving them referral to other businesses that we find to be reliable. read more

Rude and obnoxious customer service manager, So get this their 365 day return policy doesnt exist got a real pleasure to deal with manager j?? obviously she should have been let go ages ago, we tried to return some knifes that were clearly warped she refused the return claimed nothing wrong and knifes warp all the time lol, went to another location returned no issues ie this location is stingy rude and argumentative, called their call center after to file a complaint they said these stores are independently operated and can choose not to honour the return even for new resale-able items, i was like wow. Ok good to know... i filed an email complaint havnt heard a peep, clearly this store has poor customer service they often have limited stock the store is dirty and boxs of garbage are left outside all the time i suspect this return policy change to 365 days was just another ploy to get people suckered into buying dollarstore quality stuff from them, my stuff was within their return window and was defective they refused,,,after this experience limiting my time and purchases away from ikea read more

I love coming to Ikea to walk around its like a big magical land of amazingly designed living rooms and bedrooms. But its also a magical land without any employees because I actually couldn't find one... At all. The food is great though go for cheap breakfast!! I purchased a wardrobe and a few other things. After waiting a few minutes another customer helped me to load the 2 boxes of the wardrobe onto the flat role cart as there was no Ikea employees in sight and this wasnt the first time of my visit that I couldn't find an employee to help me. When I was in the lighting department earlier I walked around for 5 minutes before finding a worker and when I did it was only one lonesome women who looked to be bombarded with people asking her for help. I felt bad for her as she was the only worker in such a large area. Back to my main issue I couldn't find anyone to help me load the 2 heavy boxes onto the rolling cart and after a nice passer by helped me when I was at cash I asked the cashier if anyone would be available upon my exit to help my load the heavy boxes into my truck. I am a small girl and those boxes were bigger than me! I go outside and Im awkwardly standing outside for 20 minutes in the loading zone waiting for someone to come and help me. I walked into the store not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 TIMES! Going to the nearest ikea employee asking if anyone was available to help and I was rudely told that "theres someone in a construction vest out there". There was nobody and I was not the only customer who was frantically looking around for an employee, again I obviously cannot load the boxes into my truck on my own and you would think a store such as Ikea would have available staff to help the customers but instead I was treats as a chore and as if I was not a valued customer. The associate inside was looking at me as if it was MY fault that I couldn't load the purchase into my car. I am extremely respectful and polite customer and I do not deserve to be treated in such a way, but I also do not deserve to feel as if providing me with a service that I deserve is "asking for too much". I believe Ikea needs to better train their staff to handle the massive and busy store as I received 0 customer service while I was there and even the cashier was a little rude. read more

This review is for my experience with the IKEA shuttle service from downtown Toronto. It's not that easy to see where the pick up service stop is, so FYI it's on the left side of the loop. It was on time, very roomy/spacious, cleanliness is tolerable. Bumpy ride but felt like a school bus trip so it was pretty fun, make sure to put on your seat belt and hold your items or prepare to scramble. It was a quick ride to and from IKEA. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty tame, didn't have to fight for seat or anything like that. Very convenient especially if you don't drive. Not much to say about IKEA itself, I shopped, ate, walked around - good vibes. Great, fun little adventure, will definitely use the shuttle service again! read more

My second home next to Target and Walmart. IKEA is just one of those places you can waste time at. $2 dollar breakfast, $0.75 hotdogs? C'mon now? Don't tell me you've never had Swedish meatballs??Smoked salmon?? Mac n cheese?? Clearly, I've eaten too many times to count at IKEA, and wont ever stop. 25 years of warranty on couches, really? How could one go wrong? We only recently replaced our couch from our old IKEA couch of 12 years. It treated us well despite having a dog who likes cuddles on the couch. oh, and free childcare, I mean child play area? Leave the kids there for an hour and don't pay a cent. The kids love it, and you can shop headache free. Win win win win win. Don't forget the frozen yogurt or coffee after you've exhausted yourself in the as is section. read more

A good, solid option for 'disposable' furniture. Don't try to sell me your used Ikea table on craigslist, though. Really? I can buy a new one for $20. For those who might not think to go here first, DO IT! If you are new in town, living in a rental, it's cheaper to buy Ikea than rent furniture. The only issue is disposal at the end of your tenure. Some examples of things I totally love from Ikea: CD case that stands tall and looks great; dishes and serving plates; matching bowls for less than $2 each; Wine glasses for $0.69; storage boxes, shelves etc... Instead of renting wine and water glasses for our DIY wedding, we bought a bucket load at Ikea and still have them for massive parties. If one breaks, no big deal, we keep more in storage. However, make sure you need what you buy- in that same storage locker, we have Ikea shelves that we never installed. :( I've moved on from the years of using Ikea for dining room and bedroom furniture. But, if you like to change you style often, Ikea lets your furnish an entire apartment for $700 or less. read more

Good in-store​ experience, but this company has a lot of problems with delivery​ logistics​. It has been over a month and they have had me wait at home now four times to get this delivered (I still don't have my items). By the way, there is a 30-60 minute hold time whenever you try to call them to address a missed delivery. 1. Accidentally split my order into two separate deliveries 2. On the second delivery, realized they left most of the boxes in the warehouse 3. Couldn't find the other boxes, so had to re-pick everything and reschedule the delivery of the lost boxes a week later 4. On the next scheduled delivery day, the truck never showed up. I had to call them the next morning, at which time I was informed that the truck apparently broke down for part of the day and they never got to my delivery (I wish they had called me instead of me having to call them and wait on hold to find this out) I am still waiting on the next attempt this weekend. Hopefully will have some better luck. read more
