I was left stranded at one point a couple days after the service and then the car miraculously started after 45 minutes of trying to get the key to work and his response was "it probably needs a new battery" even though it's a brand new key with a "new battery". The battery was not replaced by him even though I was told there was a "warranty". Sometimes my car wouldn't recognize the key, sometimes the car wouldn't unlock, sometimes while I'm driving the car will say "warning key not detected". Nonetheless I ended up going to Toyota to get a replacement key since this one does not work at all. I don't recommend using this service unless things change.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised at both how prompt he was and how reasonable the cost of service was. He even stuck around for an extra 20 minutes to carefully examine the lock after he discovered a flaw with the locking mechanism (I had already purchased it on my own - no fault of his). He carefully took it apart, took a close look, and ended up fixing it up so everything worked flawlessly. This was also during peak COVID times, and he wore a mask throughout and was very cautious and polite. It's also always nice to work with a one-man-shop like Blaize. No coordinating with additional staff, no booking windows, no 'a representative will be back with you shortly'. Just a quick phone call, great service, and a reasonable pricetag.
