He even stuck around for an extra 20 minutes to carefully examine the lock after he discovered a flaw with the locking mechanism (I had already purchased it on my own - no fault of his). He carefully took it apart, took a close look, and ended up fixing it up so everything worked flawlessly. This was also during peak COVID times, and he wore a mask throughout and was very cautious and polite. It's also always nice to work with a one-man-shop like Blaize.
