Absolutely the best. I called one company who said they would call back in a few minutes with a quote, 30 minutes later and we still had not heard from them. So I called Ilan Lock and Key and he said he could come out in 20 minutes, which is exactly when he arrived. We just bought a house and never received the key to our backdoor so we weren't in a hurry really but he still treated our business like it was urgent. We also mentioned our insurance only covered us for up to $100 and his immediate reply was well then that is what I will charge! (we know a lot of places charge almost that just to show up, not including the work) He rekeyed the door and was finished in less than 30 minutes. So within an hour of our call we had new keys for our back door. Fast, super nice, efficient, low price, and 100x better than our highest expectations. If we ever need a locksmith again he is at the TOP of our list! Plus he was just the friendliest most pleasant person to work with, really could not have asked for more. I had my car ransacked and thought that one of the keys was stolen, so I figured I needed a new key and to have the old one reprogrammed.Ilan came by and worked for a good long time figuring everything out, and it turned out we needed to order a new key fob. He let me know he got it and was going to come by the next day but before he could come I found the key I thought was stolen! It was just in a weird place. I felt bad and was happy to pay him for his time, but he totally refused and was just happy that it all worked out. He really does just want to help.
