I do enjoy this vape shop! They have a wide range of product's that I like and use. Like disposable vapes, vape juice and mods, tanks, and accessories needed for vaping and much more. I almost took it to a 4 stars because their customer service is hit or miss but for the most part they're helpful and friendly. From my experience I would say they have maybe a employee or two who aren't over the top friendly but maybe it was just a bad day for them. Overall though for the most part it's a wonderful place for buying your vape goodies. The thing I love is their point system it's so nice to earn $10 off your purchase and it truly helps! It's a rarity I leave reviews but the husband and wife of the owner of this business are absolutely phenomenal. The customer service they provide are far above any where else you can expect. This is in my opinion the best vape shop around south Salem. That's all they specialize in. Not bongs or discount cigarettes but VAPE and that's it. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They sell top quality gear. Safe and quality juices etc. I stopped smoking two years ago. Used off the shel e-cigs and wasted tons of money and time. These guys got me set up and I am so happy. The guy (didn't catch name) listened to my needs and got me hooked up with a good fit for my particular needs and I even like the color of the pen! Definitely will go back for future needs. Went to I-vape yesterday and I walked out with a new set up and some vaping supplies. I've been using e-cigarettes for the past 3 years but the cost to replace the cartridges every month was getting costly, so I was looking for something that would last longer but give me the same or even better experience than my current e-cigarettes which I loved. Not only was I extremely pleased with the service I received but my new vaping gear is awesome! The flavors I got are great and are just as good if not better than cureent my e-cigarettes flavor. Battery life so far has been good. I haven't had to recharge it yet unlike my e-cigarettes which I had to recharge every night. I plan on going back to I-vape. I actually like this shop. The people who work there were welcoming and the young man who helped me was very accommodating. This is a very intense shop with lots of things from lots of different companies. The individuals know their stuff and really took time to show me different things, discuss different types of juices and I left a very satisfied customer. Their selection of equipment is a nice combination of mass market as well as technical. They have a couple of unusual things I would like to have just for display. I returned due to the large liquid selection that I can't find in other stores in Salem. I have received better service and have found mostly what I'm looking for each visit. I was helped by the owner both times I went to this store and let me tell you, that guy is a solid businessman. He went above and beyond for me and so did his staff. This store in my opinion is the only store to get your drippers, tanks and mods at in Salem. Their huge selection is set up in a very neat and organized fashion and everyone is super knowledgable. These guys can even build you most of the crazy coils you see on Instagram for a pretty fair price. Definitely the only place in town I'll be buying my boxes & drippers from. By far my favorite vape store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful whether it be building a coil or helping find the right juice. They also have an amazing selection on very high end devices and delicious juices! All and all 5 out of 5 would highly recommend this store to both experienced and newbie vapers! read more
