I went to pick up my car this morning, from Kwik Fit, Alexandra Road, Plymouth after a brakes test…read moreand exhaust inspection and drove away only to find that I had no front brakes. Fortunately, I had the sense to use the hand brake to stop the car before any damage was done. On returning to the garage reception the manager took the car for a test drive and upon his return advised me that the callipers had not been 'reset'. I don't think I have ever been so scared in my life. I am horrified that this organisation could possibly release a car with such a life threatening issue caused by themselves!

It is actually cheaper to make the 40 mile round trip (and bridge toll) than to buy the spares in my local Kevin Cooper, where I could walk to it.
