    October Kitchen - 5 Grilled Shrimp $5

"There was a girl in Portland Before the winter chill…read moreWe used to go a-courtin' Along October hill" (Johnny Cash) We stopped in a few days ago and were very impressed by October Kitchen's variety, price, value, service, and most importantly, the quality of their foods, When you walk in you'll see a big menu board with today's listings, a freezer case and a refrigerated case loaded up with the foods. This made it pretty easy for us to review the menu and zero in on what we wanted, which was four items. Our server Anca was very pleasant and professional, and enhanced our entire consumer experience. We went with a small container of freshly made egg salad, a small container of grilled shrimp ($5), Meatballs with rice and vegetables ($13), and a frozen eggplant lasagna ($9). The egg salad was very good. Just egg and Light Hellman's Mayo and nothing else. It was a pretty much perfect batch, and a good convenient value at $5. The shelled "tail-on" grilled shrimp were five large nicely seasoned pieces that were delicious. We split the Asian Meatballs dish for dinner tonight. It was a big 19-ounce container with three Asian meatballs, rice, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots, squash, zucchini and scallions. A half portion was plentiful, the meatballs were excellent, and the sweet chili sauce added a zippy finishing touch. If the eggplant lasagna is half as good as the meatball dish, I'd be very happy. Some of the other intriguing listings we saw on their menu were Balsamic Shredded Beef, Turkey Cutlets with Fontina, Garlic Parmesan Flounder, Spanish Rice with Chicken & Shrimp, soups, salads, and desserts. Definitely worth your while to stop in and check out their grab and go goods.

This is such a great option to have in the freezer, when I know I won't be able to cook I can drop one of these flash frozen meals into the fridge the night before and the next day I can have it ready in minutes. My father in law is a rather picky eater, but he absolutely loves the meatloaf, pot roast and macaroni and cheese. I love that there's no commitment to a minimum number of meals, we can buy what we need, when we need it! Their prices are reasonable and the portions are perfect. We pick up our orders, but they do deliver and that charge is very reasonable. A great service we will definitely continue to use!

Prices for a new unit in this size range typically fall between $700 and $1,300, depending on the brand, features, and sales or promotions. * Entry-Level/Budget Brands (e.g., Insignia, Element): These can be found for as low as $700 - $800, especially during a sale. * Mid-Range Brands (e.g., Frigidaire, Maytag): These often cost more, typically in the $850 - $1,100 range. * High-End/Specialty Brands: Some brands may offer more features, higher efficiency, or a different aesthetic, pushing the price point higher. Factors Affecting Value Across the Country Whole House Water filtration System and Install - Costs: Total Project Cost in Massachusetts Considering all of the factors above, a full whole-house water filtration project in Massachusetts can be broken down as follows: * Total Average Cost (System + Install): For a standard whole-house carbon system on municipal water, the total cost including professional installation is typically between $2,400 and $4,200. Carico 9-piece Cutlery Set: Carico is a direct-sales company, so it seems that it cutlery is only sold through high-pressure manipulative in-home demonstrations and often as part of these larger product bundle (e.g., with cookware). A new 9-piece set, therefore, has no standard retail price that can be found online but is valued ~ $500 to $1,000+. In contrast, the comparative MSRP/value is significantly lower, typically ranging from $50 to $300 on secondary markets. Also noted it seems the Hills Home food delivery is not a locally sourced food program and it's a white-label operation where Hills packages their food and sells from this company to their customers as some form of pass-through entity. I assume they justify cost/operations as a basic delivery company (not a food or appliance company) see here: https://agostinofoods.com/ready-to-cook/
