Also, I write this after hiring this…read morecompany though having read the other negative reviews which I ignored so please if you are considering this company, read this! Very bad experience! If you want to waste your time and money then go right ahead. The owner/only laborer will sweet talk you before you sign a contract with him and make promises, later came to find out he doesn't even have a truck to bring the equipment needed to deliver the services he agreed to. Then had the audacity to ask me to borrow MY personal truck to deliver the machine! Another thing you might want to be aware of is that the contract stated he gets a big deposit upon signing.. people if the contractor asks for money up front for a small project it should immediately raise a red flag! Real professional contractors usually won't require deposits(unless it's a big job) and won't require any money until the job is done! Don't make the mistake I did. I made the mistake to pay him 90% of the total bid quantity. He even admitted that he needed more money to pay his personal bills. After two weeks of going back and forth with this guy he tells me to pay him more so that he can buy the material(concrete) needed to finish the job! After I refused and told him I wasn't going to furnish the material for him(which was clearly stated in the contract and showed him) he said he was going to pack his stuff and leave until I paid. Least to say he didn't come back and he robbed me of my money for pushing dirt around and cutting brush around trees. Horrible experience and I surely learned my lesson. Be careful out there guys, there are bad contractors out there as well as good contractors. Best advice I could give is to find a referred contractor with some references, if not then find one that specializes in the work you have, not a "handyman" that can do any type of work. Oh I also cannot forget about the 10:30 am starting time, 2 hr lunches and 3:30 pm quitting time(Thank you home security cameras) also, expect messy work and trash in the yard upon leaving.

Of all the quotes we got, Branching Out was the most knowledgeable AND the least expensive! They identified two dead trees and several huge branches. These people work hard and fast! They finished all in two days! We had another storm later the next week which broke another huge branch. Even with all the work they were doing in other parts of the city, they came back within a couple of days. They saved us again! (It was a huge arm hanging directly over my bedroom!) I ask him to stop talking so I could tell him what I expected and he went off on a rant, very rude, so I finally just hung up.
