Steak was absolutely tasteless, sauce was out the bottle rubbish, couldn't cut through turkish bread with knives provided, egg was snotty etc. etc. Unsure how anyone can stuff up a simple burger this badly! They also seemed to be out of a lot of the menu items. Gave a 1 as the coffee was okay, albeit a little weak. Not only was the assistant run off her feet but she had to try and man the cigarette counter as well. You need to look at your staff levels as it was a quite disgusting to see what was happening to her. Perhaps you need a mystery shopper in there or do a review yourself.
