Steak was absolutely tasteless, sauce was out the bottle rubbish, couldn't cut through turkish bread with knives provided, egg was snotty etc. etc. Unsure how anyone can stuff up a simple burger this badly! Can't see these guys lasting long, unless they get someone who knows what they are doing in the kitchen. Seemed to be run by a group of youngsters.

My experience with customer service staff is either they will be courteous and go about their business or will talk to the customer while doing their jobs and go the extra mile to inform to add more value to the experience. When I scanned my flyby card, Samantha told me how to get the most out of it. I was impressed and Sam deserves a pat on her back. Well done, Samantha and Coles for employing people like Samantha.
