I visited Coles at Mudgeeraba today and was served by Samantha Turnbull. While Samantha was scanning my items, She went out of the way to tell me about the benefits of flybys which I would not have known otherwise. My experience with customer service staff is either they will be courteous and go about their business or will talk to the customer while doing their jobs and go the extra mile to inform to add more value to the experience. When I scanned my flyby card, Samantha told me how to get the most out of it. I was impressed and Sam deserves a pat on her back.
