There's a small selection of fresh fruit & veg and a small party section... Two must haves in my mind! The store also has a hardware section at the back, which I can only imagine comes in super handy for shackies and boaties (they're words, right?) needing to fix something vital before they get back to relaxing or causing a ruckus along the river. As a 'convenience grocer' goes, this place has a great selection. So the star rating is my opinion of it in this category. If you want a big shop though, you'll have to head outta town. But if you happen to need the Friendly Grocer, they really do live up to their name. So be sure to be your good ol' friendly self and send them some love.

The layout is good and easy to navigate. Prices are generally more expensive than the big 2 supermarkets but Foodland Is South Australian and smaller so to be expected. My one annoyance is the lack of vegetarian 'meats' like quorn and sanitarium - they only have two types. Other than that - awesome local supermarket where you know everyone.
