On December 31, 2014, we signed an agreement with ifranchise and their public relations company topfire media and also made the initial deposit payment ($15,000) to hire Top Fire Media to develop our franchise website project and support our franchise development efforts). In March 2015 we made another payment of $5000 for the project. So far we have paid total $20,000 for the project to Top Fire Media. Unfortunately, Top Fire Media failed to honor the agreement on the contract to finish our franchise site within the expected time period of 4 months. But after 12 months, Top Fire Media still could not finish and deliver the project to us. Then on December 8, 2015, Top Fire Media promised in another 3 months to complete the project. But they failed again, the given reason is that their site developer left. Then in April 2016, ifranchise and Top Fire Media once again promised within 2 weeks to complete the project, once again they failed. They have been making promises but never delivered. During the whole process, it was difficult for us to get normal updates on the project. Our team had to send staff over to the Top Fire Media to discuss the task list and timeline of the project. Recently Top Fire Media promised to provide a solution by the end of the day on June 15, 2016, and never fulfill it ever since. The performance and behavior of Top Fire Media and ifranchise in handling the project and our agreement are totally unacceptable. They missed the deadline and broke their promises from the start of our relationship and have been disappointing in every part of our work together. A project originally due in 4 months has turned into 18 months, still without known completion date. At the moment, they don't even have a site developer in house to work on our project. We are upset with the overall progress of the project and Now we don't even believe their capability nor trust their promises to complete the project per the original agreement. read more
