My kids have been to this attraction 3 times and have never had any problems until this last time. They put my daughter in the tunnel with a man that was smaller than her and couldn't control her body. She started flipping all over the place. In fact, he struggled with most of the flyers in her group. This was the first time I ever felt that she was unsafe while doing this activity. As her mother, I was terrified. Eventually they sent in a bigger guy in and he did a great job. I asked that he go in with her the second time she went up and it went perfectly. They knew her height and weight, they should have known better! I called multiple times to speak to the manager to express my concerns so that this didn't happen in the future. He refused to call me back. I will NEVER go there again! If you value your health, I suggest you stay away. Safety is not their priority! read more

Someone gave me a gift certificate for $120. I had no frame of reference what that bought. It ends up being 4 minutes of "flying". That's 50 cents per second. Hardly worth the cost. They told me it would be 4 rides. Said so on wrist band. But since it was 1:20 each they gave me only 3 rides but called it 4. I said they should have said 4 minutes on the wrist band not 4 rides. They were not good at explaining their system and hand signals. The staff was not helpful. They only wanted to upsell. The only way I'd recommend this is if someone has skydiving on their bucket list. This is probably safer. But otherwise save your $120. Go see the Orlando Magic play or a Broadway show or an entire day at a theme park. Not 240 seconds of being in a wind tunnel. read more

I bought a gift card in a November with the intention of giving it to my friend for Christmas. Unfortunately he passed away and I was unable to give it to him. When I called to ask for a refund I was told, "Sorry but if you check the back of the card it says no refunds. You should give it to someone else." Zero compassion. It's literally not that hard to refund my small giftcard. But apparently since they already have my money, they don't care. read more

What a surreal experience! iFly was one of the highlgihts of my year... if you're a rollercoaster loving, daring kid like me you must try this. If this isnt you, you should still give it a try because it is exhilarating!!! My instructor was super helpful and the program makes it easy to jump right into flying for first timers like myself. They kept me calm and I felt safe the entire session regaurdless of being in a giant air tunnel with high mileage winds. I chose to do three minutes in the tunnel, two times. The last round I upgraded to fly higher in the tunnel for 30 seconds. If you are daring enough I would suggest doing the upgrade, its definetly worth it! read more

I attend a field trip to Ifly as a chaperone on 2/8/22. The staff was all so accommodating and patient with a large group of 7th graders. They were all amazing about encouraging the kids and creating so much excitement that nearly all of the kids did the experience. My groups leader was Gator and he was just awesome. So much personality and so much patience. The kids all loved him. I definitely want to go back with the whole family as the flying experience was great too! Definitely gets your adrenaline pumping and it feels like it lasts a lot longer than it actually does! read more

I kind of went backward, most people try indoor sky diving before they try the real thing. Well, I tried the real thing last year and wanted to check this out. This place is in the middle of international dr. there is plenty of parking and it's near pointe Orlando. They have 2 air tunnel, highest mph that I saw was 165mph. Most likely they can go higher. They have instructor on each side and those dudes are amazing, the tricks they can do is out of this world. Of course as a beginner, most people just flow there. Cost depends on how many jump. They have one for 4-5 jump for $120. Which is not bad. Even if you don't jump, it is fun to see people doing it and there is tons of seat for you to watch. Worth it to go. I can sit and watch for hours. read more

The staff is PREJUDICE. I checked in and had my waiver filled out 5 min passed my scheduled time. They allowed a Caucasian woman to check in at 2:15 and we had the same scheduled time. They didn't start flying until forty minutes passed the scheduled time. We came here from out of town. They were extremely rude!!! read more

35 dollars a minute.. a bit ridiculous! When we arrived there were little kids everywhere. (Found out 200 to be exact, class field trip. Would of liked to know that before booking) Just when we decided we weren't going to do it our time was called. This unique and fun experience is the most sane way to try skydiving. They also allow kids to do it! My daughter, 8, had a great time. Although it is a popular spot so I'd recommend an appointment. Plan in time for waivers, a short training video, and prep to suit up. An experienced instructor brings you into a wind tunnel and helps you figure out how to do it. On Saturday May 27, I was surprised with some flight time here at iFLY. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly front desk check in team. I cannot recall the ladies names, but two fabulous ladies, *one is Dan's girlfriend, the other said she was a mother so she didn't fly, that all I can remember, but they both were so helpful and nice. They had us fill out our information and informed us about the upgrades that were available and how we could enhance our experience. Of course I wanted to fly the highest, so I did the upgrade. Because it was my birthday I got my high fly for free. Pretty cool, huh! Dan was our instructor. First, he's super easy on the eyes, second he is very knowledgeable and has logged several thousand hours in flight time, so you can totally trust that he is taking care of you. The first thing you do is sit and watch a video to train you on how to communicate with your instructor, as it is very loud in the air chamber. Next, you get your gear. I highly recommend the upgrade of the helmet. These upgrades came with the package we upgraded to, so be sure to ask about the bundles. We also got a picture and a video of one of our flights with our bundle as well. SO COOOOL! They use a GoPro style camera and get your entire flight. I picked the last one, it's the one with the high fly. Again, if you are coming to get the full experience, get the high fly upgraded experience for sure! Thanks to everyone at iFly Orlando for making my 40th birthday surprise to awesome. I cannot wait to come back and get one on one lessons with Dan so I can learn to fly around and do cool tricks like they do. Also, Dan said he could take me real skydiving, and that is great because I feel like I can totally trust him as we do the real thing. I am super excited! I went to the Orlando IFly location with my elderly father and 8 year old son. Dan was a great instructor, however, there was an employee named Angel that was very rude and obnoxious with my father. He was loud and yelled while next to my father and when my father asked him politely to keep it down he rudely replied by saying "I don't like being told what to do" and proceeded to yell out things to try and annoy him and show defiance. I felt very upset to see my father experience this kind of service and to have my son end the iFly experience on such a bad note. We did complain to the manager, Heather, but all she could say was she will handle it with him later. No apology was made. We left feeling very disappointed and discouraged to return or recommend this to anyone. read more

My sons (8 & 13) and I had an amazing time at iFly. This was our first experience with indoor skydiving and it was great. Making the reservations online was quick and easy. They're even had extended (opened early) hours for spring break. Check in and suit fitting were quick and easy. The safety and instructional briefings and video were great. Our instructor, Nick, was awesome. He was friendly, polite, and professional....and explained everything clearly throughout the entire experience and his personalization of instruction and assistance with each flyer in the tunnel was spot on. I highly recommend the high flight option at the end, we all loved that part. The photo and video options were great too. There are multiple photos to choose from when you go to purchase them online and the video coverage of your flights is good to go too. All in all an awesome experience. THANKS! read more

Was disappointed in the customer service. Bought my son two flights and a VR flight. After the first flight my son was scared and didn't want to do it again. The instructor didn't even try to talk to him and get him to do it again. There was no encouragement and it was like a factory get you in get you out so we can collect the next persons money. It felt like we already have your money we don't care if you do it or not. Afterward they didn't even offer to refund the money for the VR flight that he never even did. Nothing wrong with the instructor or the receptionist. They were both kind and helpful. It's the experience itself that I have a problem with. Maybe I had too high expectations due to visiting the nearby Universal Studios earlier, which I was totally blown away by. But this definitely doesn't come close to the experiences or rides at Universal. I found this sky diving experience rather boring. I could hardly breathe during the experience. You have no choice but to breathe through your nose because of the constant rushing air, but my nose was blocked due to allergies. I think we should have been offered the option of a helmet, with a face cover to help with the breathing. Also the experience is rather static in elevation so it comes no where near what I imagine the real thing would feel like. Even if I could breathe properly I still would have been disappointed. read more

We took our son yesterday and had a great experience with the staff in this place. The group my son was in was a bit complicated because it was large (11 people) and one of the participants was in a wheelchair. One of the children in the group did not want to fly after waiting in the cabin. The patience and care the instructors demonstrated during this session was amazing. There was excellent control of the group, there was empathy with the scared child, and the kindness demonstrated when working with the young lady in the wheelchair.
