Semi clean. Their was only two employees to manage 20 people. There was a child going In and out the back area like he was an employee,running around the place, and the employees didn't say anything. Waiting for an incident to happen really. Kind of weird. Takes a while to actually fly, don't expect to walk in and fly right away. Prices are..reasonable? They lend you the equipment, they give a class and you wait to go with your group. Simple. They have lockers for your stuff, and two rooms. One for bdays and the other has a large conference table. Bathrooms were ok. Water fountain needs the filter to be replaced. I really want to put 4 stars but can't. 3.5 stars really. read more

If you are looking for a new thrill, want to experience skydiving without the whole risk of dying part, or, as in my case, cannot fly in public without compromising your secret identity, then you should check out iFly, it is a really fun and memorable experience! They recommend making appointments online, but I had some questions before taking the plunge, so I just walked in, and luckily everyone was super helpful and friendly. My instructor, Patrick, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and encouraging, helped me truly enjoy my first flights. It's not cheap, but it is totes worth at least a beginner try, which gets you 2 flights for about $60. They also have a VR headset option for an extra $20 on top of your flight price. I did a VR flight, it was cool and all, but if it's your first time I recommend just going without it. I'm really excited to have such a fun activity finally in El Paso, can't wait to go again! read more

They have to be so on top of communication and all the signing they do and they really pay attention to ever little thing going on. Awful experience. Felt disappointed from the entire experience. Showed up for my booked flight, went through the safety briefing and suited up. But professional skydivers were booked at the same time and they were given the priority. I waited for an hour was called over to prepare but then again told the professionals still had more time so it might be 30 more minutes. I was frustrated at this point because it was my birthday and I never expected to wait 2 hours for 2 minutes of fly time. I asked if I could have a refund and leave, my instructor Luis said yes absolutely we will refund the card you paid with but over a week later still no refund! Tried calling but still given horrible customer service and told it's my fault that I should have known that the normal wait time is 1.5 hours. Greedy and rude, I will never return nor recommend and the place was dirty! read more

Having been to many iFly locations around the country, this was definitely the worst one. We came in as the location had a special, which was a really good deal but quickly became very difficult to actually use. The tunnel itself is very nice and clean, but they are very unorganized and we were treated very rudely by the owner both over message/email and in person, which is the primary reason we will not be returning. Some of the staff was very nice, focused, and fun, but others were not paying attention and were instead on their phones and even partially geared up when they were meant to be spotting the fliers in the tunnel or controlling the wind speed. I worry this will eventually lead to someone needlessly getting hurt, especially a first-time flyer. read more

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! You literally defy gravity!!! It is a bit pricey starting at 60$ but you notice right away the amount of work the instructors put into to each class. All the workers absolutely love they're jobs which means they are all super helpful, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. I wasn't too sure if I wanted to try it or not until I went to the location and I immediately became hooked. The more you go the cheaper it gets!!!
