The instructors really do an amazing job to guide the classes and assist anyone if needed. I tried out each class at least once because why not?! I will say that majority of classes are for people who have done yoga before, but you can individually make each class as hard or as easy as you want it to be. I have been practicing yoga on and off for the past 6 years and I brought 2 friends with me who had never done yoga before for a couple classes. They were able to keep up with the flow and follow along with the class. So regardless if you're an advanced yogi or have never taken a class in your life, this place is for you! The classes I was able to make were: VinyasaPower heated at 6:30am, 9:00am, 6:00pm, 7:15pm depending on the day. VinyasaGentle at 10:15am on Saturdays. Yinyasa at 11:30am on Saturdays or 7:15pm on Thursdays. But hands down my favorite and most challenging class to attend was the 9am Sunday sweat. All of the instructors were incredible, but I will say that Jenny Deeley was my favorite because of the was she made each class different and really made people feel like they could accomplish any pose or stretch they tried! If you are going to try a drop in class, I would recommend trying out one of Jenny's classes because you will be in for a real treat! Insider's tips: The studio is a long rectangular shape, but can fit about 40-50 people when the mats are almost on top of each other (which they basically are for "The Sunday Sweat" class since it is so popular). There are props available for use like blocks, blankets, and long bolster pillows for free inside the yoga room. Bring your own mat to practice on, but if you don't have one, you can rent one for $5 or $10 at the front desk for each class. (I would recommend purchasing your own mat if you are planning on doing more than one class). If you need yoga clothing, there is a large store part of yoga lab with plenty of trendy pieces to choose from, but take into account that the prices reflect the high quality material. The whole yoga lab team of teachers and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Going 2-3 times on a weekly basis helps to develop a routine and make friends in the classes. I wish I could keep up and do the $100 per month for unlimited classes, because this whole yoga experience and yogi family is worth it, but I am grateful to have been able to do the $30 for 30 days deal! If you are on the fence about trying it out or if you are looking to try something new, this is the place for you! Download the yoga lab app on your smart phone so you can look up the class schedule and see times and who is teaching each class. Hope this helps anyone who needs a little push to go or if you need a sign, this is your sign, so go to yoga lab!

I had been a loyal customer at Yoga Lab for six months and initially loved the studio. However,…read morewhen my schedule changed and I needed to cancel my membership, I was met with a nightmare of unethical billing and complete lack of accountability from management. Despite following the app's cancellation process and later confirming with the manager (Robyn) that my membership would be canceled, I was repeatedly charged for months. When I brought this to their attention, I was ignored. After multiple failed attempts via email, calls, and messages, I was forced to visit in person only to be told I could only receive store credit for services I never used. The owner (Micheal) and management continuously ghosted me, refusing to acknowledge their mistake or refund my money. After six months of trying to resolve this professionally, I finally reached out to the owner directly on Instagram, he as well ghosted me and after insisting and responding by to his stories seconds after being posted he finally reopened, his response was beyond unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive of my valid concerns. This place has no respect for its customers and engages in shady business practices. If you're considering signing up, beware, cancellation is an uphill battle, and customer service is non-existent. Based on other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who has been scammed. Avoid at all costs. I've now been blocked by both owner and manager!

My kind of place…read more.. Lots of machines & plenty of equipment to hit absolutely every single muscle group & then some. Can't go on a trip without trying out the local/nearby gym. And Smash Fitness met all my iron needs. clean facility, top-tier equipment, and a layout that makes every workout efficient and enjoyable. Whether you're lifting heavy, hitting cardio, or doing functional training, they've got everything you need. Quite spacious with separated areas for Leg equipment/squat platforms, glute area, and even a separate floor for boxing & a posing room. Had a hell of a workout on my visit at Smash Fitness. Would certainly come back on my next visit and hit different muscle groups

At one point, I had an encounter with another couple at the gym where I was threatened. I immediately brought the situation to the attention of the front desk staff, but nothing was done about it. After that, this couple continued approaching me in the parking lot almost every time I would come to the gym. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable or scared simply walking into a place where I'm paying to work out. My gym time is supposed to be my time to focus, relax, and take care of myself--not a place where I have to worry about being approached or threatened by other members. I expected the staff to take my concerns seriously and help make the environment feel safe, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I also ended up leaving a Google review about my experience, and afterward, the owner had the manager approach me about it to remove it. Unfortunately, I felt that I was given inaccurate information about much of the situation with a male figure that was taking photos from his phone! Over the years, the gym has also become extremely overcrowded--almost unbearable at times--and it became increasingly difficult to get a workout in without having to wait for equipment. More recently, I had an issue with the new payment system. I had cancelled one of my credit cards that was being used for my gym membership and forgot to update the payment information, which was my mistake. I contacted ABC Fitness, updated my payment information, and paid the amount that was owed. The payment went through on my end. Then I received another call saying that I still owed money. I was confused because I had just paid, so I paid it again and updated my banking information. I also cancelled my membership, and I was told that everything had been taken care of. Then ABC Fitness contacted me again. At that point, I was understandably frustrated, so I called the gym directly. I was told that I needed to come in and pay again--even though I had already paid twice and had cancelled my membership. And to this day, ABC Fitness STILL continues to call me regarding the payment. I never had these kinds of issues until they switched to the new payment system. After nearly 4.5 years of being a member, it's extremely disappointing that this is how my experience ended. I haven't been back since.

First time,I arrived and left immediately because the air ducts smelled like mold. Tonight, the smell was even worse--it smelled like sewage. I asked the front desk clerk about the issue, and she was kind enough to say that a plumber had come to assess the pipes and found no problem. I appreciated that she took the initiative to open the doors and air out the place, but it was still rank. Now, let's talk about the upstairs area. My boyfriend and I were concerned a couple of months ago when we noticed three huge cracks across the entire length of the cardio equipment work area. Needless to say, this issue made me feel unsafe, so I decided to work out downstairs that day. When I asked about it at the front desk, the clerk said he would bring it up to the manager. However, the cracks are still there. But the smell is the worst part. It's just awful. I'm starting to consider looking at other gyms because this place seems to be getting worse and worse.
