Warning About LarryO's…read more I want to share my experience with LarryO's to caution others who may be considering hiring them. Unfortunately, our remodel was left incomplete, unsafe, and far from satisfactory. Despite their "satisfaction guaranteed" promise, they: * Performed electrical and plumbing work without proper licensing, which is illegal and unsafe. * Left hazardous conditions in our home, including improper wiring that caused an electric shock. As well as an open pipe emitting harmful toxic septic fumes into our home. * Failed to seal off the work area, resulting in excessive dust that caused illness in our household. * Used unprofessional, quick fixes to cover mistakes rather than resolving issues correctly. * Pressured us into payment before completing the job and have refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for their actions. We were left without power in part of our home for two days and without water for most of the week while the work was being done. Despite everything, we're only asking for $845 of the $3,232 we paid--less than a third of the total cost--as a refund for this poor work. So what do you think? Is that too much to ask? We have documentation of these issues and have since hired another company to fix their mistakes at our own expense. Please exercise caution and research thoroughly before hiring LarryO's.
