I contacted the manufacturer directly, who confirmed there's a FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY on the unit. Yet Gault refuses to honor the warranty or the contract. Instead of standing behind the equipment they chose and installed, they're washing their hands of it and trying to make me foot the bill again.
