The quality I would get from each order came with satisfaction. Today, I ordered Acapulco gold as it helps with my nausea. Driver came dropped it off and I headed to grind it up. Touching it felt not the same. It felt extremely dried bud, not the same from last time. Well, I just kept grinding and loaded my bowl. I took two good hits and twenty minutes later still nothing felt. Last time it was an instant feel and something a creep up on. This was doing nothing, but stinging my throat with harsh smoke. I reached back out to Charisma 420 and explained what was wrong. I received a response back stating; ( Yeah that was part of our older batch. ) I replied with I wish I was told about this. And the reply back was; ( If you like, feel free to ask us about our newest batch. ) I asked to have it swapped out and was told they can't replace it once touched and try to sell me sour diesel for $40.00. He then said I'll offer a discount next time. So you took my money, gave me an older batch, refused to replace at first, try to sell me sour diesel for additional money, and offer me a discount. They did offer me a replacement after I said I will take my business elsewhere where. I turned it down because it should had been offered at when I first reached out to them. As much as I would turn to Charima 420 for my weed needs. It will no longer be with this company. To sell a loyal customer an older batch and not say anything to me, shows the lack of quality service this company has. Knowing they do this to customers without notice, look elsewhere where for your need of weed.

The budtender, a delicate young boy, informed me they were out so I asked for a comparable indica. He bagged it up, I tipped well and left the store. When I got to my car, I saw that he had given me a hybrid, not an indica. I immediately went back in to exchange it and proceeded to have the worst interaction with a manager who said her name was Ebony. I suspect she was lying because she was neither ebony nor professional and she proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't exchange it. Even though their employee gave me the wrong item. Even though they f*cked up. The budtender gave me the wrong item. The manager didn't give a f*ck. I can't trust a store that doesn't care about their customers. Shopping here is a gamble. Will they give you the items you want? Maybe. Will they be helpful? Not likely. Will they take accountability for their own mistakes? Absolutely not. If they mess up, YOU pay the price. Just something to keep in mind if you're thinking of spending your hard earned money here. There are way too many good dispensaries nearby to visit instead *cough* Catalyst *cough*.
